Nelson was great! I have worked at a pizza place before and I was impressed Nelson by his great service. Very clean, and good looking salad bar. Worked out great for my lunch break.

Ordered online and had a total charge of $33.99 with tax. I picked to pay at restaurant in case I wanted to tip. When I get there employee tells me price was $36.84 with tax. I complained saying wasn't same price and there was noting can be done about it. I'm so pissed wrote a complaint to the main site. Even double checked the price online and I was right. Rewards points was even for 28. I asked my husband about the pizza and said it was the worst he ever tasted even before I told him about the price. I knew I shouldn't have went there knowing the low rating. I bought the same pizza at the Round Table in the shopping center near Herndon and 99 and was a lot cheaper and better tasting. Son said it tasted nasty and no one wants to eat anymore of it. Waste of money.

Customer service is great! Me and my family family will definitely be dining here again, the bathrooms smell good and are clean. The TV shows are entertaining, and the music is kid friendly but also enjoyable to adults. The decorations are a nice touch to the places atmosphere as well. The vegatarian options are good as well, perfext for my vegatarian daughter!

Fresh ingredients every time how can you go wrong only thing bad with this place is having to pick up as they sometimes take up 3 spots for their delivery drivers up front where I feel should be more convenient for pick up customers.

Wow! Such great customer service!When I arrived to pickup my pizza, they said they had to remake my order so I would have to wait an additional 5 minutes. Not a problem, restaurant was clean & quiet. I unexpectedly received a $3.00 discount & they gave me the original order! (On the original order they forgot to add extra cheese). Their kindness & professionalism is very much appreciated!Thank you Round Table (Shaw & West)!!

Health Hazard.Mold everywhere, moldy foods sitting on told of food containers. Rusty racks also covered in mold, all those pizzas getting rust in them.

I went in got my pizza. The worker at the register was really nice, Pizza was great.
The Round Table on Shaw and West is a DUMP! With the price they charge for their pizza you think they would have a nicer facility to come too.

I went in and placed an order to go, this was the beginning of the s*** show. The young people working there need more training. I watched as two Grubhub drivers came in behind me and the one person at the register seemed to think they were more important than me and the person in front of me wanting to order. Needless to say, it continued, it seems their iPad was down so these drivers were unable to get orders that someone ordered on like. 30 min later I got my pizza and went home, $23 for a large King Arther and it was very sparse with topping so I ended up putting more on myself. The pizza was undercooked and not worth the money or my time. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE ROUND TABLE AGAIN. I will start supporting my local mom-and-pop pizza restaurants.

This round table is the best in Fresno CA. I've had pizza from the one on shields and they can't bake a pizza without burning it. Thanks Shaw crew for years of great piazza.

Do not waste your time or money. Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked into an empty restaurant. After waiting 5 minutes and having to walk back to the kitchen just to get someone’s attention, I was told they hadn’t even started my online order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. All the guy told me was corporate policy to cut down on employees and their hours so they’re slow.
