I haven't had a round table pizza in a long time. But what I ordered and what I received does not resemble what I remember round table to be... The worst greasy soggy crust i have ever had it actually had holes in it where the grease just pooled off on the bottom of the crust. I have never left a bad review on any meal I have ever had but this was horrendous..SAVE YOUR 30 BUCKS!!!

First when giving my address their address is off Cedar and the girl couldn't spell it! Gave my credit card info she said was declined when it was approved,I called my bank they said the girl cancelled the order! The driver rang my bell and seemed like he ran and he left the pizza on the dirty ground! The employees act like they are not all there. It's quite sad because I have always enjoyed Round Table. Never again at this Round Table

I understand that it’s Easter Sunday and the management scheduled TWO people to work the closing shift… but what is this?The crust is so thin and flimsy that the grease has soaked through the bottom of all slices. We live 2 minutes away from this location and by the time we got it home, this is what it looked like. Half the pizza got thrown out because it’s inedible. It’s supposed to be a regular crust pepperoni, not thin crust grease trap.

Bad customer service. Waited for one hour for two pizza. Got cold and worse pizza ever. I ordered chicken and garlic, no chicken on pizza, only mushrooms, zucchini and some artichokes. Totally forgot about personal pizza. Gave them 3-4 chances, but kept messing up order. Not coming back ever. Will go to far locations. I don’t know if manager was in back, someone in back kept getting mad at cashier. Cashier couldn’t even go in back to check if pizza is done.

Called for a pizza at 9pm. The person on the phone took our order said it will be ready at 9:15. Boyfriend goes in at 9:15 to pick up pizza and the dude at the counter says they are closed. Poor service. You should pay me for the gas wasted going to pick up our order that you decided doesn’t exist.
Always have good quality pizza. Love the cheese. The sauce is good too!

Tried to order this online and had so many problems I just went there and ordered. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for ordering on-line. Their Maui Zaui was excellent. Service seemed slow but probably because I had to wait for it. It seems like delivery with Door Dash is cost prohibited these days, thankfully I don't live too far away and I can walk across the parking lot and shop at Ace HW while I am waiting. The big surprise was how good the Cheesy Twists were, we will do that again. Overall they have great pizza and you get what you pay for!
