I haven't been to this place in a long, long time. Come to find, they have a lunch buffet, one of the only Indian lunch buffets around. The people working there were super nice, and all the food was excellent, albeit pretty standard. The price was reasonable for adults as well as children. We will definitely be adding this restaurant high on our list of options.

First time eating at Indian restaurant, pleasantly surprised by the flavor, even if it’s from the buffet table. I see them restocking the food quite often over the period of hour that we are there and the flavors are just amazing spicy but not too spicy. Not sure what everything is but I had two full plates with rice. Everything is good with rice.

The staff were so mean and raciest. They have wired look, no customer service at all.My son vomited in the washroom sink after eating the spicy buffet but they made me to clean it .They could ask me nicely like can you please clean the dirty sink but instead they told me now what we do, you can’t Leave before cleaning the sink.So I asked them I can get any cleaning brush but they said clean with the paper towels, how can I clean with the paper towel inside the sink ???They are so rude and food was not for the kids , it’s too spicy.I will never go to that place, also they provide good customer service to the white people.

Royal Taj has been a family favorite for years and has become my weekly date night spot with my husband because it's that delicious! The service is excellent and we are always greeted with a warm smile. And then there is the food...SO GOOD EVERY SINGLE TIME! Their butter chicken is bursting with flavor and is one of the best I have ever eaten. Ambiance is cozy and easily accommodates large groups. Decor and furniture is dated but what it lacks, is more than made up for in the food. The lunch buffet is a great deal and available 7 days a week. They also offer catering. All prices are very reasonable and you will not be disappointed!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this establishment. However, the Indian Punjabi girls and guy working there kept giving me strange stares. I even asked one of the girls if something was wrong, if I could help her, and why she was staring at me constantly. She just nodded her head, smiled like an idiot, and left. It was a very unpleasant experience. I just wanted to enjoy my meal in peace.
Food was pretty good. My husband is vegetarian. They had a good variety of choices for him to pick. The veggie samosa was a bit salty but once you put their sauce which I think was a tamarind sauce, it was a perfect balance. The service was adequate. They were pretty busy when we came which was understandable. The restaurant itself was nice and clean. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place! We always leave feeling so satisfied with the food portions & flavors. So much of it is delicious. A few standouts if you haven't tried them yet: any of the lamb dishes (korma & curry are our favorites), kema naan & tandoor roti (the standard/garlic naan that comes with the meals is great but these are next level), & the thali dinners especially the one with curry & tikka masala in one - best when you can't decide between the 2. Service has always been excellent & there's always a lot of people dining in & taking out during dinner service, which really tells you how popular they are.Vegetarian options: tikka channa, alu palak, aloo gobi
