Ruth's Chris Steak House

Richard was the pièce de résistance of the evening. It was my Beloved’s birthday and though we have been to Ruth Chris a number of times before, Richard made this event the most spectacular and memorable. He was invisible but omnipresent; politely formal, yet appropriately intimate. I’m not a server so it’s hard to describe, but his service was perfect! Everything else is always the very best Fresno has to offer.

This restaurant has really gone downhill over the last 4 ish years. Mediocre food, poor service & extremely overpriced for what you get. After 5 very average (at best) experiences, will not be returning.

The food and our server Christian were exceptional. All staff were very professional and courteous.

Come to this location often. But the food was very subpar today. I know it was Mothers Day but it was definitely a miss today. The Server Christian is a gem. He went above and beyond. But the quality of food was not good

Sea Bass was excellent, attentive service.

Service was slow. We had a reservation. We got seated but did not get our menus till several minutes after we were seated.

Staff was very good! Food was also very good! When we get back to town we will be sure to go back.

I write this review with a heavy heart. Ruth Chris is one of my favorite places to eat. I took my family out for a birthday dinner. During the meal we ordered Mac and cheese with lobster and it came out hard and everything stuck together. The Mac and cheese stuck together like a rice crispy and was burned. . Also we ordered desert. My son ordered ice cream and he chocked on a piece of glove that was in the ice cream. The clear plastic was over three inches long. The manager told me that it was probably a piece of glove that got cut. He Took the bowl of ice cream and never returned. We ended up leaving and didn't take anything to go. Very bad experience and to overall really had a bad. Birthday dinner.

A fall from grace. We've been going to this location for many years. It was our special occasion go to and I don't think we'll be back. Entrees took an hour to come out after ordering with no sign of sides. 30 minutes later we finished our entrees and still no sides. Apparently, server forgot to put side order in. Oh well, they discounted our final tab and gave us some desserts but still felt it was a very disappointing experience.

Our waiter (Tyler) was really friendly and helpful with all questions and requests that we had
