Ruth's Chris Steak House

Absolutely amazing place! Went there for our anniversary, made a reservation for it and the waiters and staff made it the most memorable one we’ve ever had. For starters we did wait a bit for bit to be seated but once we were seated we were greeted by a wonderfully set table with an arrangement of rose petals that set the mode beautifully so reservations aren’t required but would definitely make the event special. Our waiter Everick was incredible, attentive and very friendly. He helped us feel even more welcomed there and gave us a detailed explanation of menu items which really helped us decide. Ordered the New York strip medium rare and cooked to perfection, food overall was absolutely amazing and would recommend for anyone wanting a special occasion made right.

Please bring back the lobster bisque. Used to come here for that but they took that off the menu.

The filet mignon was okay and the Brussel sprouts were somewhat tasty and the espresso martini was excellent. I have had this quality and better in other restaurants for far less money. I think it's way overrated. I don't believe I will return.

Food was excellent. Service was not what I would expect from this restaurant and from my past experiences at Ruth's Chris.

We were greeted by the hostess, Melody. We arrived a little before 6:45pm without a reservation because OpenTable showed all available times (aka it is not busy). We told her we wanted dine in. She said we’d have to make a reservation for 7:15 because she had 9 parties reserved for 7:00, and they only had 2 servers. Or that we could go eat at the bar. I went on OpenTable and reserved for 7:00 in front of her because all times were still open… and all of a sudden she said she could seat us right away after confirming the reservation which was 20 minutes before our reservation time. She originally told us she was not able to seat us at 6:45 because they were booked, yet as soon as I put my name down, she sat us. During our time there, they sat 2 tables and the restaurant was even more empty when we left. Melody judged us from the moment she saw us and did not show us hospitality. It felt like because we were dressed more casual and my husband was in a hat, she was trying to deter us from dining in and wanting us to go to the bar. She asked my husband to remove his hat for the dining area, which was fine; however the man sat at the table behind us was wearing a hat the entire time.

We saw her talking badly about us to other staff as we were walking toward our table. We almost left because she made us so uncomfortable and unwelcome, but we usually love Ruth’s Chris Steak House, so we gave them a chance. Unfortunately, our service and some of the food were just mediocre. We waited at our table with our dirty plates in-between courses. We had to send the creamed spinach back for tasting rotten and water back for black bug floating. We had to ask for new silverware with our entrees. Manager never came over to touch base with us, so I am writing a review for management to hopefully see and make adjustments for other customers.

We will not be returning to this location.

Overall a great dinner! We have been to Ruth Chris on numerous occasions and love it. Food and service is outstanding. A little pricey but worth it.

Bar area was pack as expected for NYE but dining area was nice and minimal noise. Food was amazing, got a birthday dessert as a surprise, waiter was on point. No complaints here.

We had a reservation at 6:30 didn't get sat until after 7. My husband had a hair in his salad. I ordered a fe glasses of wine all of which the didn't have but the made sure to offer me the $53 per glass wine. We never go here thought we'd give it a chance now we know why we will never go back. Never received any sort of apology for the multiple things that went wrong.

We had another wonderful dinner with Ruth Chris, the evening started a little behind because they were extremely busy. But by the end of the evening everything turned out great!

It was extremely busy today at the restaurant, as we waited around an hour and a half for our food. However our server CJ did an amazing job at reassuring us and consistently asking if we needed anything. He was kind and helpful. We had to leave early from our dinner, we didn’t get to properly say thanks. Shout out CJ
