If you’ve never tried Yemeni bakery food before, Sabaya Hut is the perfect place to start.
The sabaya is amazing — you can get it warm and ready with honey, or take it frozen and bake it fresh at home, and both options are incredible. The honeycomb pastries are also a must-try, especially the pistachio one. Even if you’re not familiar with these desserts, the flavors are rich, comforting, and not overpowering.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new and delicious in Fresno.

Everything tastes fresh and the texture is perfectly crunchy and chewy.
Amazing food and hospitality. The moment we walked in we were greeted and asked if we would like to sample some things. We had the different samples of cheese breads both sweet and savory. We had a few of the flat breads with meat fillings and cheese. We had the teas that were made daily. There was no pressure to purchase and was just a joy to walk into a new place and get a chance to try new things. We of course purchased some baklava, flat breads both sweet and savory. There wasn’t anything there we didn’t like. We came home loaded with carbs that was worth it. We will be back and we will recommend.
1st time today and yummy , I got 2 cinnamon rolls and my son got these breads that looke like bubbles stuffed with cream cheese. They were so good definitely a must try to anyone

I am so glad I found this little place. Becky is so sweet and so kind, and I went in looking for something with pistachios, and she sold me on her whole bakery. Everything is amazing. I love it so much. I will definitely the returning. I highly recommend.

I had never been to the bakery before or had honeycomb bread. I needed a last minute item for a work goodie day and I decided to stop at the bakery because it is conveniently located on the route I take to work. The gentleman at the counter was very nice and offered me taste samples. I decided to get a medium tin of the honeycomb bread. The bread is fluffy and slightly sweet, which is filled with cream cheese and the top is lightly sprinkled with sesame seeds. Everyone at work loved it and wanted to know where to get it. The pecan baklava sample was also delightful. I will definitely be back.
