Was told they were out of everything we asked for and then some of our group came out with what we asked for our food was cold and wasn't worth what we paid for it

Oh man, while I know this place is essentially fast food in an amusement park setting, I was still a bit bummed with what we got. I do think it's because of Covid and while normally they go through more supplies and have fresher food, Covid has slowed them down and has possibly led them to holding onto supplies longer. We got a bag of popcorn and nachos, while the pricing was decent and the size of nachos was huge, both the popcorn and our nacho chips were stale ? not the end of the world but still a bummer. Like I said, it could be due to Covid and they're not just going through chips and popcorn as fast so it's not the freshest. But the lady taking our order was super nice

Honestly the employees at the Safare cafe tried to charge me for 2 souvenir cups which came out to $25 and then when I asked them they supposedly handed us the receipt back so we couldn't get a refund but I talked to the manager and all of a sudden the guy that had my receipt found it after pushing the issue for awhile and they gave me my refund. Other than that and their poor attitude it was ok.
