Stopped by Sanctuary Coffee Shop this morning and had a great experience. There was no line and no wait, which made it a perfect and relaxing start to the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our drinks were made quickly.
The coffee quality here really stands out compared to other coffee shops. A lot of places tend to make their drinks either too bitter or overly sweet, but Sanctuary Coffee Shop gets the balance just right. The coffee itself tastes smooth, rich, and high quality, and you can tell they take pride in how they prepare each drink.
I ordered the caramel mocha blended and my wife ordered the hot salted caramel mocha. Both were excellent. The flavors were perfectly balanced and complemented the coffee instead of overpowering it. Neither drink had that burnt or artificial taste that you sometimes get at bigger chain coffee shops. Everything tasted fresh, smooth, and well crafted.
If you're looking for great coffee in the area, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and some of the best tasting coffee we've had locally. We'll definitely be coming back.

I don’t think the reviews are completely honest first time trying I got a maple something latte it didn’t even taste nothing like it just a plain coffee, latte very disappointing for a small maple latte and a chocolate croissant was 14 not worth it I’ll continue to go back to my regular coffee spot I pay the same amount for a large latte and pastry. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Sanctuary is one of my favorite places in Fresno! I love the vibe the music is easy on the ears. I take all of my best friends there for date and celebrations. Its a family and kid friendly. Spacious and free parking. Yummy Pastries and GREAT coffee! They have their own brand of coffee too!

The pastries were good, the baristas were very friendly, but the lattes are low quality. We got a lavender latte and vanilla latte, both syrups tasted very sugary and fake sadly. If you’re a coffee snob like me, I would avoid.

The best coffee shop in Fresno! I found this place on Yelp after seeing that they had outlets, and they did indeed have them. I ordered a sugar-free iced vanilla latte with oatmilk (9/10)! The barista who helped me at the counter was very sweet & patient with me! As a student, I appreciated the chair-to-desk height ratio, the classical background music, the lighting, and the large windows, which are perfect for giving your eyes a break from looking at a computer screen. Plenty of parking, too! Overall, I'm happy I found this gem & will be recommending it!
