A floured, boneless chicken breast in a fabulous cream sauce of white wine, butter, capers, bacon, garlic, and lemon.

Four 4 oz loin chops.
Charbroiled Sirloin Steak
Two 6 oz sirloins, cooked to order, topped with crimini mushrooms, onions, and garlic with a splash of white wine.
Galamari Almandine
Pounded calamari steak, dusted in flour, egg dipped, grilled topped with Campos brothers farms almonds.
White Roughy Fish Fillet
10 oz portion fillet, dusted in flour, egg dipped and grilled.
Charbroiled Rib Eye
14 oz topped with bell peppers and onions.

What a fantastic, funky place! Everything l ordered was perfectly delicious, and the service incredible! I really enjoyed the Basque offerings, and appreciate that they're open on Monday.

I just recently visited the Santa Fe Basque restaurant in Fresno California. It’s been around for a long time I think since 1972 if I recall, I don’t really actually know so it is an older restaurant, but the food is served family style very delicious and the server we had I wish I could remember her name, but she is super friendly and very helpful. I would go back again hopefully sooner than later bon appétit

I have not been to the Santa Fe since it moved from down town. My friends go for Wednesday music night from the Fresno Folklore Society.

Anyway, if you choose the dishes with the Set Up you get more food than you can possibly eat. I did get a bowl of their Split Pea soup along with my sandwich and Fries. Every thing was good soup was great, and I'll be back

Wheelchair accessibility: There seemed to be the required places for handicap...
