The ice cream was delicious. The service was the best, thank you ladies! (Sat Oct 5th just before closing time) The Halloween decorations were adorable and the place was very clean. However, the Sensey air freshener was so strong and off putting I almost lost my desire for all of it and left. It was a shame the delicious products were being overshadowed by it. I was very grateful for the outdoor seating.

There's ALWAYS room for dessert! I've had this place bookmarked since they opened. Ate at a Mexican restaurant near this place for dinner and decided to stop by since we were already on this side of town. Arrived 40mins just before they closed. We were greeted. The nice lady was helping others at the time and said she would get to as soon as she can. The place is clean and love the modern interior design. They had so many flavors she was offering samples. I wanted to order from their monthly flavors and the Brownie Cascade stood out the most. Large 5oz single scoops for $4.90 my husband ordered a single scoop of Birthday cake for him and my daughter to share. The Brownie Cascade was delicious. The chocolate was rich and the brownie bits were soft and had a sticky chewy consistency. Wasn't really a fan of that part since it was sticking to my teeth but overall the flavor was very good. The birthday cake had a nice cake batter flavor but it had an icy texture my husband didn't like it and had a few bites of my brownie cascade.

Went in for cookie dough ice cream. Took a couple of bites, no cookie dough. Went back in and she pointed and said it was cookie dough. Went home, not one piece of cookie dough in 2 scoops ☹️

It was so calm and peaceful and when we walked it it smelled good and they offered a free water bottle because it was so hot out side and the food/ ice cream was so good
From decor/vibe to ice cream, I really like this new ice cream spot. We've visited three times now, and each time, we have been able to get our scoops to go with ease. The staff is friendly and the ice cream tastes delicious! What we love is the ice cream is not too sugary.
Parking: There are two 15-minute parking signs on two parking spots around the corner from entrance. This makes it easy to pop in to get an ice cream to go.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and ramp conveniently located near entrance.

First time at Scoops Ice cream. We had Pistachios almond, mint chip and cookies and cream all 3 flavors were really good. Really good atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
Great service and the ice cream is tasty! Enjoy that they have indoor seating for those hot summer day. They are welcomed addition to the neighborhood.

Scoops has a welcoming atmosphere and the place is super clean. Their flavors are fantastic, ranging from classic to creative. The staff is friendly and always willing to help; the vanilla, dark chocolate, and rocky road are my favorites. Overall, for any ice cream lover, it is highly recommended!

Ice cream tasted like an off brand no taste. Lacking flavor Pistachio Nut. Very very disappointing. Sales lady was unfamiliar with products. Only 1 vegan option. Had NO cookies at all. On a scale of 10 Scoops get a 2 according to MY EXPERIENCE TODAY 4/17/24

I have to go here to get their monthly flavors.Secondly this is the first ice cream shop in Fresno that has the aesthetics of an upscale ice cream shop for great prices.Lastly the owner Karan is was very genuine.Will recommend this as the go to spot for ice cream in Fresno!
