This is a horrible place. These people get dogs and tie their legs together and let them suffer. Neighbors say there are always diff dogs there but don't stay long. Just a few days ago a dog was found bound by her wrists. The dog was taken but it's just a matter of time before they get another one. These people need to be held accountable for their actions. Please think about these dogs disappearing before u take another bite of their food.

This place is so ran down. I don't know why people leave good reviews for this place. They are not nice people. There business needs to close down. Be careful what they serve you. If you are wondering why the food taste gross its probably because it's some animal they found in the neighborhood.
Please stop the hate reviews. The story regarding the dog has nothing to do with this business. The owners have nothing to do with the house located next door. Also the comments are racist!

A hardworking, family-owned business that has been victimized by racist and false accusations. I hope the restaurant sues the accusers for defamation.
Over priced for the place being rundown

Always great food
I ordered Raw Beef larb, bitter/medium spicy, with sticky rice and a soup Beef intestines. A very good healthy combination. And, price and the personal attention given everytime i visit Seng's kitchen. Its a above any experience found by two husband and wife pair. Im always pleased arriving, and departing this business. And, plus the food is made fresh, healthy, & made as you desire.
Always great food

Excellent food in a warm environment. Only one table in the dining room (primarily take-out), and “mom and pop” owners made us feel very welcome.
A true Lao mom and pop. I love their food! Papaya salad was delicious. Their laab and soup was just like I remembered eating as a kid.
THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED SMALL RESTAURANT BUT COOK THE BEST THAI AND LAO DISHES. I RECOMMEND YOU TRY ALL THERE ITEMS ESPECIALLY THE SALADS THEY OFFER. THE CUTEST COUPLE YOU WOULD EVER MEET.
Great homemade Lao food. I usually order ahead since it’s freshly made. Laab is great price is reasonable.
Food was bomb!!! Larger portion and so dang tasty. The food was well worth the price. The pork belly was perfectly crispy and the sausage was fresh and DELICIOUS! So glad I tried it and will definitely order from here again.
