Took forever for ham and to get our order.Then, when the meat got there, it took forever for the grille to warm up.He lagged between each, check in to see if we needed more meat and we couldn't get his attention because he was doing one table at a time. there was a lot of downtime where we didn't even have meat cooking on the grille. Servings were very small for my family of four. when we arrived, we saw another family renew.They sat us near each other, but at separate tables and asked if we were together. We said, no, we are separate.They charged us separate and then tried to charge us gratuity for a group of nine, but we were at two separate tables, two separate families. The people at front were arguing with us about it telling us we were all one party even though they asked from the beginning and we said No we are separate. And ontop of being rushed out they said we at for 90min the max but it was not true. She started the time when we checked in. We then waited fifteen minutes to be seated, and then another fifteen minutes before the waiter came by to take our order. We will not be going back do to this bad experience.

Bad customer service. They placed 6 people in a four people table with only one stove. It was so crowded and long wait for the meat. We asked if three people can sit at another table. They refused. There were plenty of tables available. Never eat over there anymore.

We always go here, primarily because its one of the few KBBQ places in fresno. 😅 but comparatively, the prices are reasonable. 35 per adult, as opposed to the ones In the bay that go up to 50/60 per person. The good: food is almost always a little frozen when it comes out, and pink depending on the meat you order. There's a bar for your sides, which I appreciate bc I love noodle salad and kimchi. The music is always kpop or kpop adjacent. Its usually not too loud. As most kbbq, its all you can eat. Most of the meat on the menu is pretty good flavor wise. The cons: We aren't really greeted unless we call someone over to seat us so we can eat. The guy who usually serves us is very passive, and has a little bit of an annoyed attitude with us. Still, he still checks in and is mostly accommodating like with changing the grill and more meat/rice/ drinks/ chopstics etc. The grills are kinda old fashioned in comparison to other full metal plates. Food sticks to them a little more often, but the flame itself adds extra flavor. The tables do have some streaks from wiping them down. Im not sure how old the egg plates that come with the meal are. Scissors can be dull. Overall, its still a solid place to come for kbbq in fresno. The sauces that come with are pretty good, basic ones. If you're not too focused on the details like I mentioned earlier, it's actually quite enjoyable. :)

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I definitely would. For the poor service, unprofessionalism of the owner and quality of food, the water should at least be free. The owner wouldn't let us bring in water even if it was for medicinal reasons so those also going with babies/kids etc., BEWARE. and was very rude and unprofessional about it. On top of that, it took so long for us to get service from our waitress and the restaurant was not busy at all. Maybe 4 smaller group tables and ours. She was too busy standing off to the side talking with the other male workers. Owner was nowhere to be found to help at all. If you're going to regulate your customers and also charge for water, you should at least be on the floor assisting your customers.

If i could give less than one star I would. The service wanst great, that was a guy at the door that make us sit that was so irritated and annoyed I felt to leave right the way. The atmosphere inside is heavy, moods were so bad you could feel in the air. Food wise was so unhappy with it. The bulgoghy was supposed to be marinated but is wasn't....rice was passable, but overall the food was a very low quality and service 4u1 loop

Owner has terrible customer service , garbage quality in meats. Only good cut was ribeye steak. Grill stations are so poorly maintained the burner has only one set, to burn your meats. Highly recommend staying away.

The place rips you off with stupid, high, and unnecessary charges. A bill of $255 BEFORE tax and they still wanted a $40 tip. The food wasn’t all that great for that high of a charge. They also charged you for water per bottle which should be free and given to you in a water bottle from Costco which is illegal. The staff were rude when we complained and wouldn’t bother in trying to understand. Do not go here if you plan to get good food for a reasonable price.

First of all the employees do not greet you. If there waiting too long for your order while they are there they seems to have a attitude. I think they need to work on not just pushing customers to order what they need but to make customers feel comfortable. To pay that amount I really need to see alot of improvement in customer service. Please be aware.

This location shorts you on your meat, turns down the grill so it takes longer for your food to cook, and doesn’t offer complimentary water. They charge you for a each costco water bottle you drink which is ILLEGAL
