This motel is a joke. A joke! We were given three rooms befor we found one acceptable and even in that room the beds weren’t made. We stayed because it was closer to airport than any other. Otherwise it’s a joke

What an odd property. The build is designed with rooms fronting an indoor, mostly carpeted pool area. The doors to the outdoors are propped open or poorly sealed, so it’s very hot and humid. Everything is dirty in a strange way - the vending machine was so dirty inside you could barely read the number to select for a beverage. Lots of things didn’t work - door locks, lobby bathrooms, ice machines. The wifi was useless. Even very cheap things - like replacing the cheap bath mat when it rips, aren’t done. I’m average height and could touch the gym ceiling easily from the one treadmill. It was…an experience. Almost worth to experience 1985’s best indoor carpeted pool complete with waterfall.

The pool didn’t work and the staff didn’t not inform you until you fully checked in and couldn’t get your money back, key cards had to be reset multiple times, could not / would not provide extra clean towels. Check in staff not welcoming.

We chose this hotel because of the short walk to the Fresno airport. We got much more than we expected! Our grandson loved the pool, and we all were surprised by the delicious and reasonably priced dinner we enjoyed there.

Indoor pool was freezing, too cold to use. Unfortunately, it was the whole reason for staying here. Our kids were so disappointed as were other families we encountered. The hot tub was out of order. The bathroom had two towels, not enough for a family of four. No hair dryer. In order to use the coffee maker it needed to be moved to another area, plugged into lamp, not a quick or convenient process. So many other choices for same cost but with normal amenities and a usable pool.

No shuttle Service to airport. restaurants are closed so no room service. Even though the website makes this property sound wonderful the reality is much different. I had booked this room and paid upfront to save cost. I booked it because my elderly mother was flying at 6 AM so the shuttle service and the fact it was early morning was very convenient. The website clearly states there is a 24 hour shuttle service. Once my mother checked in she was told there was no shuttle service and had not been for sometime. I could not get a refund because it was prepaid and we had no other choice because of the time of day and she was leaving the hotel at 4 am. I will say the front desk was helpful in helping my mother book a cab but the Hotel is to blame for the false advertisement. Lucky for the hotel nothing happen and my mother made it safely. I will say the room was ok. No room service and restaurant was closed on Sunday. So my mother who didn't have a car didn't eat.

We have stayed here many times as it is convenient when we have business in Fresno. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the bartender and front desk staff. The only problem is that this hotel is old and desperately in need of a remodel.

Great! Inside the Wyndham. Everyone friendly and attentive. Good, clean, a few tv screens, baseball game, you’ll feel right at home. Right next to Fresno airport, waiting for a plane.

Traveler beware! This hotel has some decent photos that make it look better than it really is. United Airlines put me up here due to mechanical issues. Having no transportation makes this location a prison. First, this hotel was probably an amazing place back in the 1960-1970's, but sadly, the rooms still have that same vibe. It has a nice indoor pool area and a decent bar and grill. That's the only reason I give them 2 stars. On Sunday morning, I went out for a walk and returned at 8:10 only to be told the restaurant was closed. Did I mention this place is isolated? No car, no restaurants within walking distance. No breakfast. United provided a meal voucher, but what good is it if there's no restaurant open? Rooms are clean, but severely outdated. If it hadn't been provided by United, I would have hightailed it to something built within the last 10 years.

It was a terrible experience : On Friday when we arrived we were giving room # 329 or something on the 300's when we got to the building it was depressingly dirty, falling apart and it looks pretty unsafe so we requested to get a different room and when I ask the front desk attendant if she had been in that building, she said "NO" SO I SHOW HER THE VIDEO (I CAN SEND IT TO CORPORATION) to show the terrible conditions of the building. We got a new room with only one bed and it was not much better than the other one and we stayed till SUNDAY and WE DID NOT GET THE ROOM CLEAN. The food of the buffet was not that great and the server instead of saying GOOD MORNING the first thing "DO YOU HAVE YOUR CUPON" PRETTY RUDE. The hours for service in the restaurant were changing according to the employees rules. JUST A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ...NO, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!
