I just got back from Nashville and unfortunately for the staff here, they were a solid contrast between southern hospitality and everything I hate about California.
Try a smile and a conversation. Get to know the people putting money in your bank, especially considering a low traffic level as ive been multiple times and been the ONLY one loving your BBQ, feeling like im not loved back because im white. Being friendly goes a long way. Luckily your Q is the best around.

Food is great ngl one of the best in Fresno the only problem they take a long time, even if they are not busy it took them 20 minutes to prepare pink lemonade, the lemonade better be from Jesus himself

Went here for the first time today.
I think they may be renovating the interior so it's currently a food truck with a few bench tables. So heat and flies are a negative but that's not even a reason I give this 1 star.
The food was awful. Tri tip was cold, flavorless, and tough. Brisket was so gross I spit it out. I could go on. We went during lunch hours and they didn't have half of the menu available. 2 hours later, and my stomach is very upset.
It took 40 minutes to get our food when we were only 1 of 2 tables there.
The biggest reason I will never return is they were blasting music so loud that we had to shout to speak to each other. After waiting for the 40 minutes to get our food, we had a pretty good headache already.
We chose this place because I know Mega Texas BBQ usually has a long line. Wait in line there instead of coming here.

The food is great but everything is so unorganized. We have ordered from here twice, and both of those were for special occasions.
The first time I placed an order well ahead of time to be picked up but when I arrived at the time they gave me they did not have my order ready and I had to wait for more than half an hour.
Then, when I got home and was organizing the plates, I noticed that several side dishes had been changed and were not what I ordered.
Last week, we ordered from here again because it was my brother's graduation, and he requested this place specifically. We ordered for pick up and arrived at the time they gave us. The food wasn't ready, they were out of stock of a majority of their items and were still accepting orders, knowing that they did not have the ingredients for them.
They also did not update their website either to let customers know that they were out of stock of their ingredients so other people were showing up expecting their orders and being told they had next to nothing left.
We received our order late, and my brother's graduation dinner was delayed. When we got home, we opened the plates and saw that they got the side dishes wrong AGAIN and just decided to put whatever they had left.
This place seriously needs better organization. I'm genuinely disappointed because the food is good but they need to take better inventory, give accurate wait times, clearly communicate with their customers, and be on top of their website reflecting what they have in stock. It's too much of a hassle to order from here.

Meat was just ok. Not much flavor. Potato salad was bland. Coleslaw was bland. Baked beans were just ok. Veggies, green beans and brussel sprouts were all not available at noon. $40 for 2 people. Definitely won't eat here again.
Place an order Sunday night an hour and a half before they closed for two three meet plates total came out to $52 showed up an hour before closing time they were already closed when I asked them where to park he said they were closed and I told them I had an online ordering and they stated it will be refunded this morning I go to call and I realize they're closed the next couple days hopefully my money does get refunded

Hey everyone! Today, I tried Smoking Wood Barbecue in Fresno, California, and it was absolutely amazing. I went with the “Three’s a Crowd” plate, which included smoked ribs, grilled chicken thigh, and tri-tip—every bite was packed with flavor. The meal came with a honey roll, baked beans, and mac & cheese, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
I’m giving it my official Triple T Approval and a 420 Munchies Stamp of Approval—this spot is a must-try! The portions were just right, the food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back for more.
