Had total disregard to why i was upset. Couldn't get it fully corrected. Unable to eat due to being made wrong. No working phone number to call manager.

Drive threw woman was rude and let me say my full order before telling me she was out of the stuff I asked for. Didn't offer other options or solutions. Overall rude tone, but the man in the window was nice.

Service sucks!! Waited 30 min for 2 shakes and took them 15 min just to respond to me at all to ask where's my order.. what ever happen to quick and great aercide at this place??!! 40 min later and can't believe I'm still waiting only due to the fact they took my payment .. smh

Ordered a toffee nut sonic blast. It was loaded with toffee nut candy..it was great. But had to ask myself, "where's the ice cream." LOL. Will definitely go back.
Nov 18 2024, 630pm ... Had a negative experience here. Perhaps the worker was having a bad day or something, but she was rather dismissive while i was giving my order at the drive thru. I said i had a mobile order, she said rather curtly "pull up" with 0 enthusiasm or pleasantness in her voice. I asked if the food could be cooked crispy, and again a very curt "pull up", like she really didn't give a F. I could've maybe lived with that. But... half the tater tots were undercooked & half were not even warm. How could it even be cold? I just ordered it *LITERALLY 5 seconds before pulling up to the drive thru speaker. The strawberry milkshake was also not even blended together very much. Disappointing visit. One star. The only positive thing was that she walked my order to the car in the drive-thru (I was behind the car at the pickup window), which is why I gave an extra star. Please try to be more courteous & cook/prepare the food properly!

I do not recommend going here! The food isn't what it use to be. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and the chicken was dry, the buns where soggy, and the overall taste was horrible. It literally made me sick.
