This particular location was off but tbh I think many of the Sonic locations are like that these days. I ordered 3 items and one of them was easy just an XL Coke. How it turned into a Cherry Limeade at the pickup window, I don’t know🤷🏽♀️. So initially I grabbed it because that’s instinct when someone passes you something then proceeded with “hold on we ordered a Coke” as the drive thru girl replied 2x with “our system says Cherry Limeade”. I said “ok but that’s not what I ordered so I’d like the Coke pls” and it just seemed like such a hassle for it to be changed out but after awkward stares and a whole minute of this interaction we got our Coke and drove off.

About the middle of February ,2025 , my daughter and I went thru Sonic Drive Thru and ordered some burgers to take home for our family. I paid 32$ for 3 burgers and tatortots . We live down the street , so it’s not very far from where.we live.We got home , We we’re so disappointed . The burgers were so dry , the tator tots were flipped upside down. Not fresh at all. I called customer service and they told me they would email the Sonic that I purchased from. I still haven’t heard from them. I should of went to Ju Ju’s in Clovis , now they have the BEST burgers ever and best potatoes . Well worth your money. And always made fresh
So i SURE AM MAKING A COMPLAINT!! just discusting will be going by tomorrow to let it be known there not checking there foods before selling so i sure don’t recommend this location & i ate an oreo sonic blast im not feeling well so i believe they need to stop hiring lazy people and give people who don’t wanna hurt the economy A JOB! 💯 i sure don’t wanna give NO RATES!

If sonic is going to have a secret menu the employees should know about them & how to make the items. Also if asked to omit something from a burger they should do so.

I spent $54.00 for a family of 4 to eat hot dogs and hamburgers and we threw most of it away because everyone began to feel sick half way through eating. Left out part of our order and when I asked about the girl started to argue with me. It took over 30 min to get garbage food that cost a ridiculous price and went in the garbage. The Blackstone location has always been ok but this location is Awful and should be closed down before someone dies of food poisoning!

At 9 months pregnant I was denied use of the restrooms. An employee claiming a $10 minimum order necessary because 'people' have come in and messed up the restrooms. I explained several times as I motioned my hand around my obvious belly "I'm pregnant" all while doing the potty dance. the employee responded that's the rule now and if I had an issue with it I could take it up with the store manager in the morning. I came in for my usual late night RT 44 Cup of ice. A quick in n out trip for me usually. I didn't expect to leave feeling embarrassed and ridiculed amongst a plethora of feelings as I was told I could go across the street to burger king. Which was already closed

I waited in the parking area. When I push the button the button turned off and no one helped me. So I proceeded to push the button again and and I waited about 15 minutes for someone to answer me the second time. I pushed it then ordered my food which was 2 drinks and a pretzel. 3 items waited over an hour and still didn't receive my food so I left I think that was ridiculous.
Haven't returned since.

I Always order a strawberry sprite and ask for extra extra strawberries, and they never let me down. I do wish they would bring back the Chicago dog, tho. I always get their pretzels they are amazing!

I've been getting disappointed every time i come to this sonic for these past 2 months it was good at first, but for a while their service has been declining wait times for the stalls have been increasing to 30min and thats just to get an answer to order. I've left the stall and ordered food in the drive through that doesnt even have a line to get my food quicker and go back to my stall to eat. Its freaken ridiculous at this point to come, wait, leave, go to the drive through, and go back to my stall.
I ordered their new smash burger and it was raw on the inside. It made me sick to my stomach I had already taken a few bites. The sad part is the smash burger was not a smash burger it was 2 regular patties. And the service was terrible I was in line for 15 mins waiting for my food and the lady at the drive thru you can’t even hear or understand what she is saying cause she was talking so low. That was the worst experience I have ever had at a drive thru. They really need to train there cooks on food handling cause they can make people get very sick from undercooked food. I feel so disgusted from eating raw meat please be mindful when ordering here

Placed a mobile order with an pick up time of 7:51pm, checked in a little early as I don't live far. The screen says someone is coming out with my order around 8:10, not a big deal, no one shows up, 8:15 we flag someone down and he asks if we've already order and explain and he says it'll be right out after getting my name. He comes out with a receipt asking if it's my order- it's not, he goes back inside and comes back a few minutes later to tell me that they're out of stock on some items. I ask for a refund and he agrees and walks away. I wait another 10 minutes thinking that he'll coming back out with a refund receipt, no. I had to go to them and ask for it and the guy who gave it to me acted like it was the world's biggest inconvenience, blaming multiple call outs and a new hire. I'm still waiting for the refund to process.
