If you have an issue with an order don’t try calling them they won’t pick up. I accidentally picked the wrong bread on my order and when I called to get it swapped because it was the same price and I’m allergic to bread pumpkin they didn’t pick up. DoorDash tried contacting them and they did not pick up.

I had a phone call as I was driving trying to get to my destination so the first parking lot I spotted was to Starbucks, I pulled in there and answered the phone call. Then after I was done w/that call I continued to go on to the rest of my destination which they were waiting for me outside of I.R.S

Came thru the drive thru 2/15/25 at 1:30 pm. Was told there was no coffee brewed. After asking how long to brew coffee I was then told that all the coffee brewers were broken... I'm really tired of lazy employees! I asked the drive thru employee her name.She refused to give it. I went to a different location and they had coffee. Go figure a coffee shop to have coffee! Crazy! I called the original location and the girl who worked the drive thru answered the phone. She yelled at me and told me there were plenty of other locations and I should go there. She sounded very ghetto and rude. She then said the coffee brew machines needed to be inspected before they could use them? Lies! I called the corporate office to complain. This girl should not be in a job that interacts with customers. Very sad because I have only had good interactions with the other employees at this location. So people don't just drink coffee in the morning. It's a coffee shop. You should have coffee at a coffee shop. This location is right off freeway and people do order coffee during long drives. Same location if you come last 10 mins your told that they are closed by a female employee. I'm gona take a wild guess and say this is the same employee. Hopefully she is not the manager . This employee really makes the brand look lazy.

First time trying Starbucks and tried their breakfast burrito that awesome enjoyed it.
I thank God for Starbucks because as a man who has experienced homelessness in the past I know how hard it can be to even find a drink of water on a 110° hot summer day. Starbucks is more than willing to give you as much ice or ice water as you need when other fast food chains, won't name names, make you purchase a 4$ jr item for a small cup of water or to use the bathroom when there are lots of us who do just that, use the bathroom. So I thank you Starbucks for most likely saving my life and others I know multiple times by offering something cool to drink and not passing judgement on someone who has hit hard times and they know nothing about.
Parking: Parking may be hard to find just because of all of the other stores and restaurants that use the same big lot are usually always do busy. I've seen the Starbucks drive thru line go all the way out to the street before. But they do their best to get everyone served in a timely manner.

I was in this town for a meeting and this was a logical stop for my cup of coffee to take with me. I was then completely ready for my meeting and happy that I made the effort to stop here.
