love customer service,very friendly😊 always, one of my favorite stars bucks .
I witnessed the shittiest customer service and rude baristas. I have worked customer service jobs and have been slammed on holidays, breakfast rush, lunch rush, crazy evenings. It does not matter how busy you are, there is no reason to brush off customers or ignore. The customer I saw was standing there before I walked in to pick he store.
