Experienced a rude barista tonight and will not be returning. Stated that I wanted sweet cream and tried to charge me for vanilla cold foam and when corrected saying that I wanted a sweet cream inside of the drink he had a passive aggressive tone telling me that I needed to know what I wanted. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one needed one. I hope you have a better day than today and choose to not include customers in on the bad attitude.

These employees don't pay attention when the customer is placing the order. They always get my order wrong at this location. It's like they do it on purpose and or they just don't care. We pay for the extra add on and should be added. Do better starbucks, or train your employees to pay attention and listen to when the customer is placing their order.

They need to work on their customer service skills talking to customers for drive thru. The guy in drive thru was rude to me saying I didn’t pay my order and I showed the manager my phone the transaction was taken. The worst type of poor service I ever experienced being accused of not paying.

They forgot the cold foam!!!! Idk how but we bought drinks that require cold foam and it’s not any. The drink we bought with matcha is watery also. It’s near my school so we come often but omg please try to care about my need for the proper amount of caffeine.

They were nice enough to let me use their restroom. The prices are too high. I think because of the name of the business is why. I do love coffee but can't afford it at Starbucks.

This starbucks has the worst customer service. I always see new faces when I come here, so I don't know if they are hiring the right people. These employees are not friendly at all. They don't offer to help. They see you standing next to the register or by the pick-up, and they just continue working without looking or asking. Then, when you get their attention, they give you an attitude. On top of that, they do not communicate with each other at all, as in passing your message to the other person who could/would be doing your order. This is how they blame it on the customer that we didn't tell them. The female worker responded, "I'm just here to pass on the drinks." Shrugs her shoulder and walks away because she doesn't care.
