Louis at the drive-thru was awesome. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel his manager needs to know that he is great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. 10 stars!

My first choice for my daily expresso drink. They consistently make it perfect and always robust. Other Starbucks I've ordered the same drink at can't compare. The other's expresso drinks taste bitter. First and Shaw is my FAV!

Today I tell them to make caramel ribbon crunch
With extra caramel and light ice but I don’t know what they make the taste was unsweete and they not put extra caramel also I fell like I am drinking ice water

I had a craving for a s’mores style cold brew, and even though I couldn’t describe what I wanted the baristas went above and beyond to make it right and I’m eternally grateful.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at this Starbucks. They skim you out when you ask for no ice yet charge you extra there’s a difference in the app during the order process that adds additional charge for no ice. Asked for no ice and they did not top off the drink like ordered. Asked and they started making up their own shit. I guess some people really do have a shitty attitude in the morning. Won’t be returning and train your staff on customer service if you’re going to charge 6 for a grande I expect my drink to be full if I’m being charged for it. Won’t be returning at this bad place.

Restaurantji Recommends
Experienced a rude barista tonight and will not be returning. Stated that I wanted sweet cream and tried to charge me for vanilla cold foam and when corrected saying that I wanted a sweet cream inside of the drink he had a passive aggressive tone telling me that I needed to know what I wanted. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one needed one. I hope you have a better day than today and choose to not include customers in on the bad attitude.

These employees don't pay attention when the customer is placing the order. They always get my order wrong at this location. It's like they do it on purpose and or they just don't care. We pay for the extra add on and should be added. Do better starbucks, or train your employees to pay attention and listen to when the customer is placing their order.
