I came to this location yesterday 3/15/25 mobile ordered a venti iced coffee light cream. When I received it, seriously looked like a grey cup of milk. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t feel like comfortable with the 2 guys that were making drinks. There was a lady there a manager possibly. Curly highlighted hair, when she left they were speaking negatively about her. So I didn’t feel comfortable having them remake my drink. However, these drinks are too expensive to not get them made the correct way.

It's never open to sit inside

Why leave the app for in store mobile pick up available if only the drive thru is open??? Was late for work because I had to wait in long drive thru line. Not cool!!! Fix the app options! This isn’t the first time it happens at this location.

Friendly staff but only drive-through was open. We ordered on the mobile app but had to wait in a very long drive-through line just to pick up our paid for item.

For the third time in the last two months, I did order ahead on the app because they didn’t turn off their order ahead and the person working decided to be late so I’m out like 20 bucks again

I'm store pick up is no longer available, DIDN'T KNOW I placed an order ahead and when I got there the drive thru was sooooooooo long had to wait in line nad my coffe was watered down n my pesto COLD!! Got my order in at 829 got it at 853 they need to take off in store pick up off the app this was so annoying ? if I could I'd give 0 starz

This place is the slowest in the city! I waited 15 mins for a drip coffee ,just for them to say sorry we forgot to brew it ! Smh

This is not a Starbucks that puts customer service first. At 8:55 am the store is locked with employees inside. I went thru drive thru ordered and paid was told to go to the parking lot to wait for my order. There was one car behind me. I had to park and wait at a locked door for a $25.00 order. A employee finally brought it to the door and I told her this was ridiculously she was disrespectful making faces at me and told me to complain to someone else as she continued to make faces like a two year old. Perhaps the manager should give lessons on how to treat customers. Reminding the employees the paying customers are doing the employees a favor by purchasing items from Starbucks . The employees are NOT doing customer a favor by waiting on us disrespectful.

UPDATE: Today will be my last visit here. Cold brew is never made. Door is always locked so even though you order ahead you have to wait in the looooong line. I stand by my original review. WORST STARBUCKS EVER.
Worst Starbucks ever. Today "the cold brew machine is broken"...3 days ago "oh we didn't make cold brew yesterday" the week before there was a handwritten note that said "no cold brew today" it's most ghetto Starbucks around. The people are nice but come on , you didn't make cold brew? That's your job. Sucks cause it's around the corner from my house but not giving them any more chances.

As i read through the reviews i see this a regular issue at this location. They differ from posted store hours at will. Some days it's open and others you'll pull up and the doors are locked and it's drive-thru only. I use the mobile app to order ahead because I'm usually in a hurry to get to work and don't have time for the drive-thru. Now its almost 7am, I'm stuck in the drive-thru, 10 mins late and ended up with a cold sandwich and melted ice because I ordered ahead. If you're in a hurry just go to another spot.

Inside lights are too low. Gives a feeling of dreary. Closes too early. 3 days in a row closed before 7pm
