Okay everyone, this was one heck of search to find. Luckily, a lot of great students kindly helped ,e track it down. I've done pretty much every Starbucks. This one was left besides the airport ones. Started the hunt...asking around and a whole lot of steps and great peeps helped me find it. Fresno State is a total maze! I majorly got some steps in! Haha When I finally arrived I waited in a short line. It's just like any other Starbucks. Pretty much anyways. Except you don't have to worry about a journey to find it. Ordered a tall, nonfat, sugar free Cinnamon Dulce. The workers were nice. It was ready pretty quickly and very good! Worth the travel to find it and all the great peeps I met along the way! Great drink! Recommended!

On December 23rd I went through the drive thru to get some coffee. It took a long time but that's to be expected with Starbucks but that's not why I'm leaving a bad review. Upon getting my coffee (just a regular drip coffee) I was driving and I went to take a sip and the coffee lid came off and dumped on my chest and legs. I now have a third degree burn on my chest as it melted the skin immediately. I had a newborn crying in the car so I couldn't pull over or go back in. Once I got home I realized that the lid didn't actually fit. It was the right lid size but was stretched out or faulty as it wouldn't click down. It would not securely go on cup. So there was something wrong with the lid and so this happened to me. It's going to be a brutal scar and I'm pretty upset that this happened. Please be more careful. Sometimes the line is a tad long, but theres no reason for me to hate on this starbucks for that.
They love closing early. I am at the library every night so I notice it every time. Doesnt seem like a big deal but by closing 5-8 min early, but I always see at least 5 or more customers being denied service. Any decent manager would be extremely upset about this. Too bad it probably wont change lol oh yeah most of them are rude as hell when the manager isnt there.

This is one of the most busiest locations in Fresno. I love that I can study and get some coffee or small snacks munch on or to warm up, but I notice my regular cinnamon dulce latte's taste different here at times. I have to remake them. It's like they don't put enough cinnamon. And I'm not adding anything extra either. I've done this about 3 times already, on 3 separate occasions. Also, they don't take the Starbucks app where you can order ahead of time! I'm a little frustrated about that. Their line is LONG most times of the day. 20 Minutes in line is way too long to wait. It would be helpful to order and pay ahead of time, then to pick up.
