Bryson that works at this location is such a sweetheart and went above and beyond the order! He recommended to me that I get espresso in the pumpkin chai but not only that it was blonde espresso:)

I was meeting someone for life insurance and real estate when someone approached me and asked if I was ordering something on a mobile app. I said I was meeting someone and they were running late. He sat and waited in front of me. I asked him if he wanted me to wait outside. It was almost 100 degrees outside. He nodded yes. I have never been asked to wait outside when waiting for someone to meet me. There were 4 people in the store. Worst Starbucks service I’ve ever had. Poor judgement in customer service. Don’t go to this location.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. Besides not having great experiences I decided to give this location another try and absolutely had a terrible experience. When I get coffee I expect it not to be half filled with ice. I decided to get light ice and I guess getting light ice means giving me less coffee and cold foam to fill the cup. I asked the worker that I put I wanted cold foam and he said because I put light ice it’s policy that my cup looks the way it did. I asked for cold foam because it seemed mine hardly had any. He put more foam and on top and cinnamon powder… also put extra caramel and did not get any extra either … needless to say I would never spend any of my hard earned money to this Starbucks location … this location is never consistent with drinks and are not friendly. The drink is already pricey as it is to not make your drinks right Just because you asked for light ice. I want to enjoy my coffee not just have a watered down drink. They fill up the cup with just ice and a little bit of coffee… if you can don’t go to this location.

I usually don’t go inside the store, but yesterday I decided to. This was a mistake as the staff ignored me and then got upset when I asked if I could pay for something. I would hate to think that this happened because I was the only Mexican in the store, but the turning away from me and ignoring me, felt deliberate.This was a humiliating experience.

this is the only store in fresno that has competent baristas with good attitudes. plus they have baristas with blue hair so you know the drinks taste good !

When a person walks into your place of business and asks politely to use the restroom, you need to realize a few things: 1) Unless the answer is immediately "yes," regardless of the reason, you are telling that person they are not viewed as a human being with intrinsic value and dignity, that you do not respect them, and that you do not follow the social contract of hospitality that is baked into our culture. 2) Telling that person "you have to buy something" will not positively affect their willingness to buy something. If anything they will buy less, tip less, or buy nothing at all. 3) Many people work out of their cars and go to places of business not primarily for the goods they sell, but because of the hospitality and dignity they offer by providing a clean restroom that you don't have to beg to use. 4) If someone is asking to use the restroom, they need to use the restroom Now. Asking or implying that they should pay for something first is telling them they need to be in physical pain for however long it will take to pay. Put yourself in that person's shoes and feel how disrespected you would be if someone did that to you. Do Better.

If your mexican looking like me don't try to order in person they young ppl there might not help you... more then likely... I was attempting to order & never was looked at. Then another ppl of another race came in and they were welcomed. So you have to look a certain way to get helped , I told the employees but they did not care. So if you don't want a bad experience just order online. Or don't go here at all. I have better experiences at local shops like monkey dog, kappa joy etc

This Starbucks was out of the way from the original one I usually go to but in the location of my errands. So I walked in and just as expected the employees were so welcoming, nice, and as always very efficient with my order. Maddy took my order and even brought out my sons croissant personally which I thought was above and beyond. So glad I stopped in.
