All the baristas here are amazing, especially Taylor, she always has a positive attitude and makes my day so much better when I go in :)

I came in at around 3 pm today. The barista was so sweet! I didn’t get her name but we exchanged conversation and she even complimented my earrings. She also helped me customize my drink making recommendations based on what she likes! I’m not sure who was drawing on the cups, I think it may have been a guy, but they gave me the cutest cup ever I literally posted it on my story. Thank you so much! You guys made my day. You guys are awesome keep it up.

Customer service here is phenomenal. Very friendly and nice staff, but gets super busy. Mobile order can sometimes not be ready.

This is a great place to get coffee ☕️ Service was phenomenal and even got a refill. Louis was a huge help and I was very pleased. Go here for your Starbucks, you will not be disappointed.

This is our go to Starbuck's when we come back to the States. Only a couple of times has our order not been correct, the team were quick to fix it. The team has changed since last visit, but the new team are still friendly. Keep up the great job. 👍🏻

I have given this Starbucks so many chances, but sadly my coffee is incorrect every single time I order. One instance, I ordered a light roast coffee and they dumped the coffee and never rebrewed it so I waited for 20 minutes for a light roast when I asked if my coffee was coming they said oh we never brewed it you can wait about 10 minutes for it or we only have dark roast. I was already going to be late for work after waiting so long so I took the dark roast then I asked for cream to water down the significant difference in roast and they put the tiniest amount of milk and they didn’t have pitchers out for me to fix it myself.

Another, I ordered a skinny vanilla latte and after waiting for them to finish all their app orders instead of the ones for the people standing right in front of them and I get to my office to find out my order is incorrect AGAIN. I got a plain (and burnt) non fat latte with no sugar free vanilla.

These are only 2 of the many instances and I’ve finally learned my lesson. The staff is friendly, but I’ll be avoiding this store from now on. For the price of Starbucks coffee a correct order seems the least they could do.

I asked for the refill version of the green tea bc I don’t know which teas they refill and I wanted to make sure she knew I wanted the for here version. I said “I’ll get the refill green tea iced.” I also wanted to make sure I got the tea that was refillable so I said the word refill. It was a taller woman, black curly hair in a bun, no smile, immediately said “you just got here, and you would have to order it first and then do a refill?” Is that not why I’m at the counter to order? Awful customer knowledge, and made my already awful day even worse. She even stared at me through the parking lot as I parked? Weird. I’ve also had other Starbucks employees walk me my for-here drink, or even call out my name, but there was none of that. Another gentleman there was conversing with the customers was the complete opposite. Friendly, and noticed I needed a straw. As customers, we can tell the difference in customer service. I felt she was purposely not trying to understand my order.

Just ordered a carmel apple spice drink with no whipped cream. Watched the girl make my drink and put whip on it. Then she realized it was no whip, opened the cup and scraped the whipped cream off with her fingers. Gross, gross, gross. It was busy I didn’t want to be that person and ask them to remake my drink but I should have.

Very friendly staff, probably the most foreign Starbucks-y place I’ve been to in the States!

Sat outside in a comfortable area with a friend. Small groups gather there to enjoy their mornings and converse, while sipping and eating Starbuck's products.Nice atmosphere, recommend.
