The employees were all working and moving the lines - so I respect they may be "short staffed." Here in 2025 large corporations need to cut costs - and have as few humans as possible. That being said, this Starbucks is horrible and I won't be back. There was a nearly 20 min wait! This is not an airport, this is Fresno and the orders were prioritized by drive thru first, seated guests and then last in line was the app orders. I get it. But I won't be back at this location - no sense of urgency and absolutely not worth waiting 20 mins for a tea. Respectfully, Jason

Gone are the days of coffee shop vibes. Sounds of smooth jazz playing in the background and a “good morning” when you walk through the door. What’s replaced it is loud club music and a sneer as you walk through the door. With five employees on the floor it took nearly 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. AND they got the order wrong. This has to be one of the worst Starbucks in town. Is it the location? As a Starbucks fan it was hugely disappointing.

I specially asked for ice to be put in my drink before the sweet cream and was told sure of course. It wasn't. Every time I go to this one they mess my order up and are rude if I try to ask them to fix it. It is my birthday drink too ?

Always a great place to grab a cuppa coffee. California screwed up things with raising prices so everything has cost more including coffee.

Went in this Morning at 5:30am and nobody answered at drive through, waited 10 min went around and the girls were talking so I left. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Went back in at 8 and ordered my coffee I asked the girl what time they open she said I don’t open so I don’t know maybe 5. I said I was there at 5:30 and no one answered she said oh maybe I’m wrong no cares on the world. If I based the whole company on this one girl, they would get a F- some people just don’t care. This is why I go to Dutch or another shop.
