Krystal was very unfriendly i was in the drive thru and stepped inside to use the restroom in a hurry for work she said I couldn’t unless I bought something I told her my family was in the drive thru and made me wait to verify that they were. I understand their new policy but that was very unprofessional.

I love you Cookie grumble coffee is my favorite and my baby girl loves her pet puppy cup that is very nice of you guys to do that for animals you guys keep up the good work and I never will leave you a sight I love your I love you guys as employers and the restaurants are very nice and clean so keep up you guys good because you guys have surrounded me with Starbucks because you know I love Starbucks coffee so just letting you guys know thank you for supporting community and Starbucks coffee is the number one place to go

Manager was rude. Always looks at you with unhappiness and throws a "I don't care attitude." Not a fan of her service, I came here three times for a coffee while shopping at Target and tried giving a benefit of the doubt and she does the same thing. Never again.

Baristas we’re rude especially the boy taking my order. I work fast food and have never treated a customer rude for wanting to place in order because I interrupted their standing around. To top it off they looked at me as if I was stupid for asking for simply ONE customization on my drink. Then when I received my drink it wasn’t full more like 75% rest filled with whip cream and no dome lid. Lazy workers. Get more training. They were even rude to their manger while they stood around. I work the same industry and have never acted like around my boss.

The coffee is consistent. You'll get the same thing here that you get everywhere else. They're not speedy, but at least you know what you're getting.
