Let me start with the best part first and that was that I was greeted and served by Michael. Michael was friendly, attentive, helpful, accommodating and quick to serve. His demeanor was friendly, relaxed and he made you feel welcomed.
Now, regarding food quality, how can you expect anyone to compliment the food choices as all of the sandwiches, cold or hot, contain an average of 40% to 50% sodium. I know salt helps to preserve food but, it does the complete opposite to the human body! Even the healthier option of the Eggs and Cheddar Protein Box has 20% sodium and a long list of who knows what listed on the box. (Where do these eggs come from, Chernobyl?)
Can no one put people ahead of profits?
Regarding the atmosphere whether it be here or anywhere else, hanging flags that promote both social and. Moral views is not professional or business like. I don’t expect to have corporate views pushed on me inj exchange for my cup of coffee.
And why does almost every Starbucks have to play LOUD MUSIC? People would like to visit and converse without haven to shout at each other. (This location was louid enough but not extreme.)

They messed up my drink and got mad at me for asking it to be fixed when they got it wrong but it was clearly displayed on the cup. Gave me attitude when I tried to ask for a straw. I noticed they barely put any cold foam on my drink but I paid extra for it. Why get upset at the costumer for catching your mistake? I politely asked them to fix it and was treated like I was the problem. Go to the next location if you want better service and to actually get what you paid for.

While drinking my Medicine Ball (with the lid on) a piece of plastic came through the hole and thank god I didn’t swallow it and caught it before. Very unprofessional.

Went in with my 3 year old to get a roadtrip pick me up and the restrooms were “unavailable right now” 😒 I’m gonna pay $7 for my coffee and you can’t ensure my toddler can use the restroom? I’ll go some where else where my toddler isnt going to have an accident in your lobby. But Thanks!

I got two coffees took them more than 15 minutes got my frappe and it was not a frappe tasted like milk no flavor and watery tried to call no one answered

Worst customer service ever, racial remarks, even got arrested for being out in the patio and not purchasing anithing from there shop, worst part about it that those remarks and action even the words spoken also comment s he made towards me are from the manager .
I go to Starbucks like everyday I go to like a total of four or five in my area I just go to whichever one's closest to me when running errands. But it's very rare that I get disappointed they always do a great job
