Worst customer service ever, racial remarks, even got arrested for being out in the patio and not purchasing anithing from there shop, worst part about it that those remarks and action even the words spoken also comment s he made towards me are from the manager .

I stopped on my way to work and ordered an apple crisp oatmilk iced latte with salted caramel foam and extra apple drizzle. So disappointed!!! No foam no extra drizzle and very little ice. As I tried to tell the girl at the window, about my drink. Her focus was on someone across the parking lot. I called the store for at least 30 mins and finally gave up. No answer+ incorrect drink= not going here again.
