Today I went to the Cedar and Herndon location, which is unusual for me because it's not in my usual area. The staff was so friendly and the store looked beautiful. Beto, the manager at the time happened to be the person who took my order and he was so friendly and patient while my kid and I took forever to decide on our drinks. The drinks themselves were done super fast and were absolutely delicious! This was a great Starbucks experience!

The drive through takes sooooo long. At least 10 min and they are heavy handed they put way to much cold foam compared to others.

Starbucks has raised there prices again I was paying $15.70 for 2 fraps one they charge me .70 for almond milk & $1-25 for a shot of coffee so i dont have to drink watered down ice and flavor pumps now i just placed same order and it was 18.90 wow for two drinks 🤔☕️ I can seriously make it at home for far less. They never make it right anyway, i constantly have to go back for them to remake my order. I only go when they have promotions but its still an arm and a leg for just coffee. They used to give me two cups of ice cuz coffee dehydrates me and this location stopped doing it so i had to change locations 🤷🏻♀️
Dietary restrictions: I have kidney failure so cant have dairy they do substitute it with almond milk but they also charge me 70 cents for it
My experience at this location was alright it took a while for someone to take my order and the employees just stand around talking instead of focusing on making everyone's drink and it took at least what felt like 15 minutes to get my drink I had ordered. I would say they need to do better and also there bathrooms are gross and need a good cleaning.
Woman cashier with dirty blonde hair 30s. Got a severe attitude with me because she couldn't hear me at first with all music and noise inside the cafe. Won't be returning here again.

Had the worst experience this morning and i need someone to contact me asap im very angry and disappointed with two of ur staff I have a weird transaction on my bank statement after I went to Starbucks the staff had my card for several minutes and they were very rude and not professional you guys need new people in that store the food was cold service terrible and they wouldn’t even give me a refund at first stating that they can only give me a gift card and I don’t understand why they held on to my card didn’t give it to me service awful and staff has poor and terrible customer service !!!!

Everyone there has been friendly thus far, which is nice and we greatly appreciate it. But when someone pays almost $7.50 for a drink, you'd assume you'd get a full cup, at the very least. It's definitely a little discouraging. I'll go to another SB from now on, cause it seems like this one doesn't give you the full amount you paid for.
