I never leave negative reviews. This is my first time to leave a review. But I am really disappointed with the service of the staff here. When I ordered a glass of water and a cake after I paid, they didn't ask me my name. And I asked her do you need to know my name so I can get my order? She said I don't need it and I just stood there and got it. I didn't care about that anymore. At the end, about 6 minutes later, 4 more people came to order. But the staff here called the names of these 4 people to get it first. I asked again, another staff asked me what my name was and what kind of drink I ordered. I was really angry. 17 minutes later I received my glass of water. This is my first and last time coming here.

The stupid app doesn't register that I was in line at this location to get my drink. Instead push me down to Clovis and Herndon but the manager or barista. There was nice enough to remake it for me and not charge me as long as I showed them my online order

Hi there, I never put reviews, but I must say I am astonished right now. Thanks for the order, the order wasn’t the problem. But I must say, my name is spelled Anaijah. “Anaijah”. I have never seen my name spelled this way before. “Niga”. I must say, it caught me off guard when I saw this, the cashier’s coworker look at the register and he looked shocked and looked away. And I don’t feel attacked. Just shocked. I could have been asked for my name or how to spell it, but I havent thought that my name would be spelled as “Niga”. My name is said as “Uh-Ni-juh. I won’t say names. But this is just so surprising. I love Starbucks, but I’m just so shocked and sad that they would call me this.

This mornings grande Pikes coffee tasted like burnt bottom of the carafe poison! I was on my way out of town and could not return to complain about the worst cup of coffee I have ever received! This location is closest and most convenient for me to use, but lately the coffee quality has been hit and miss! Fresh coffee consistency is the most important over and above a written message on the cup!

Wait time is horrible at this location. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks and when I asked the barista why the long wait, her response was that their uber eats orders were blocking all other orders! SMH! Waisted half my lunch here.

If you are not only looking for a great selection of different coffee and pastries. The staff remembers you by name and somehow remember your favorite coffee! This Starbucks is the best in the Central Valley. This is just a small token of appreciation! Keep up the great service!
