Not sure if its specifically this location or just the people working; but I took my family here around 7:30p Wed. night and literally every drink we ordered was horrible. My daughter and I got hot chocolates and it was basically bath water. If a 4 year old tells you her hot cocoa is gross then something MUST be wrong. Customer service was bad in store and on the phone, sucks that as long time customers we're just going to make the permanent switch to Dutch. Theyre just more reliable, consistent, and overall give a better experience

I visited the store for the first time this morning. I had their double bacon, Gouda cheese croissant along with a cup of coffee.
No complaints to speak of other than the fact that they didn’t call out my order when it was done /read , or if they did I certainly didn’t hear it.
Ever since they started serving coffee and ceramic cups, I’ve been visiting Starbucks a little bit more.
I can’t recall the name of the coffee that I drank this morning. I do remember that it was a medium bodied roast - and I could be wrong but the strength of the coffee — how can I say it? It just didn’t seem to be strong like most coffee I’m accustomed to having at Starbucks.
Are they cutting back on the amount of coffee? They are using with their new machines? And to be clear there was nothing wrong with the cup of coffee I had, per se. It just didn’t seem to be a strong a brew, as I’m accustomed to having a Starbucks.

I never leave negative reviews. This is my first time to leave a review. But I am really disappointed with the service of the staff here. When I ordered a glass of water and a cake after I paid, they didn't ask me my name. And I asked her do you need to know my name so I can get my order? She said I don't need it and I just stood there and got it. I didn't care about that anymore. At the end, about 6 minutes later, 4 more people came to order. But the staff here called the names of these 4 people to get it first. I asked again, another staff asked me what my name was and what kind of drink I ordered. I was really angry. 17 minutes later I received my glass of water. This is my first and last time coming here.

The stupid app doesn't register that I was in line at this location to get my drink. Instead push me down to Clovis and Herndon but the manager or barista. There was nice enough to remake it for me and not charge me as long as I showed them my online order
Policy that you have to buy something to use the restroom or even sit inside is silly, otherwise it’s a pleasant establishment

Hi there, I never put reviews, but I must say I am astonished right now. Thanks for the order, the order wasn’t the problem. But I must say, my name is spelled Anaijah. “Anaijah”. I have never seen my name spelled this way before. “Niga”. I must say, it caught me off guard when I saw this, the cashier’s coworker look at the register and he looked shocked and looked away. And I don’t feel attacked. Just shocked. I could have been asked for my name or how to spell it, but I havent thought that my name would be spelled as “Niga”. My name is said as “Uh-Ni-juh. I won’t say names. But this is just so surprising. I love Starbucks, but I’m just so shocked and sad that they would call me this.
