Today I went to the Cedar and Herndon location, which is unusual for me because it's not in my usual area. The staff was so friendly and the store looked beautiful. Beto, the manager at the time happened to be the person who took my order and he was so friendly and patient while my kid and I took forever to decide on our drinks. The drinks themselves were done super fast and were absolutely delicious! This was a great Starbucks experience!
Starbucks has raised there prices again I was paying $15.70 for 2 fraps one they charge me .70 for almond milk & $1-25 for a shot of coffee so i dont have to drink watered down ice and flavor pumps now i just placed same order and it was 18.90 wow for two drinks 🤔☕️ I can seriously make it at home for far less. They never make it right anyway, i constantly have to go back for them to remake my order. I only go when they have promotions but its still an arm and a leg...
My experience at this location was alright it took a while for someone to take my order and the employees just stand around talking instead of focusing on making everyone's drink and it took at least what felt like 15 minutes to get my drink I had ordered. I would say they need to do better and also there bathrooms are gross and need a good cleaning.
