Went in looking for some new coffee cups and Edith or Eden “I believe her name was” came over and immediately helped us out. Once we got our cup we got some coffee and she made sure to offer something new for our taste buds we highly appreciate her knowledge and time. Definitely wish there was more baristas like her. The wife and I know have a new favorite store to visit. Thank you again

It's too dark! The outside lights have been out/off for over a month. I order online and pick up inside but because it's so dark I have to use the drive thru and wait behind cars who didn't order ahead for my safety. Staff are super nice and say they don't know when the power will be back on. This location is off the highway. #Do better.

I’m really upset. I ordered a tea latte. Those are 6 plus dollars for the extra time to steam milk apparently. I paid that money and received a regular tea with milk that was spilling out all over my hands. I asked the barista to remake it as it was wrong. She then proceeds to take my cup back, close the window, wait 2 minutes and then gives me the same cup back with the same product. I asked her to remake it a third time and the same thing happened. Starbucks this is unprofessional and actually so stupid. If I paid for a regular tea at $4 then this wouldn’t be an issue. But for the Barista to do the same thing twice like doing her job is a problem. Your team needs to be recalibrated. Do better.

Went through the drive through on st.patricks days and the girls were nice to comp my drink. Super sweet thank you!
Sadly they messed up my order and then the correction was ass! I ordered an iced peppermint mocha. they made it hot. I asked for iced and they didn't even put peppermint in the corrected one. maybe if they did their job instead of standing around talking they could get it right. notnto mention the 3 employees that had ti make it clear it wasn't their mistake. notnto mention the manager hi fiving some tech dude that came in. they need to pay attention to service not socializing

Great bokace and there good but they close to early there next to a freeway at least stay open till 10 pm and not closed at 7 But other then that there great they just gotta work on there schedule
