Poor coffee. Disappointed. I usually like Starbucks but at this facility I got Latte which was way to watery (lack of milk). Also the cup was 40% empty. Since It was stop by I realized everything when I started sipping in my car

I guess masks are optional here. Half of the people walking in don’t wear them. One unmasked gentleman was waiting by the mobile pickup drinks coughing away.It was even more odd that a homeless dude was taking his pants off in the corner near the entrance. Employees didn’t seem to mind because after I told them about it, they did nothing.The worst part is they forgot part of my order.

Horrible online order experience. I made my order online Thursday night and was schedule to pick it up Friday July 3rd. Come to find out that they couldn’t find my order that I placed for pick up. It’s very upsetting that I had to drive across town and for them to blame it on covid 19.
