I ordered a coffee and the two young staff members were talking and laughing and made my order wrong twice, and the coffee I got in my hand looked like this. It's really hard to imagine how the staff can be trained to be so irresponsible. I'm sad, this is the worst cup of coffee I've had this year

These girls really screwed up on making our drinks. The latte drink had so much oil in it after it started to cool down, but I should have noticed it because the first sip already tasted oily down my throat. The frappuccino drinks did not taste like coffee at all. It was so watered down to the point where it tasted like milk and water mixed together.

The strangest experience. It was not busy the barista told my friend the frappe did not come with drizzle on top and it was on the inside of the cup only. Then a bit later my husband came and ordered a red eye. Because he had to wait they gave him a super big coffee he could not finish. it takes two minutes to make a shot to put in a cup of coffee. I love the inside of this particular location and nothing else. They need basic training in customer service

This is my favorite location. They do special barista creations if you want to try something different, and all the girls that work here are so sweet. They recommend me something if Iām not sure and they even remember my name. The lines are ALWAYS long but it goes quick!Vee is the best barista!

Seems like ALL baristas did not know what they were doing OR making. Asked to reload my card to pay with the app and earn my stars but she ended up voiding they transaction and seemed very confused after I explained TWICE what I wanted to do. Ended up paying with my debit card and no stars earned. Then, they messed up my order and gave me 2 double chocolate chip frappes instead of one chocolate frappe and a mocha frappe.
