They never get my orders correct. Every time I order a latte without foam, they never get it correct. Foam is always 1/4 cup on top, but I prefer a full cup of coffee. Even a cup of coffee will cost me more.

I was having a really hard day and went to Starbucks to enjoy a DELICIOUS cup of coffee. My order was taken by a young lady, who didn’t know I was feeling down. She and I shared a wonderful conversation and she without knowing turned my whole day around! I believe her name was Vicky if I remember correctly, and I will continue to go to this location everyday as long as she works here. Thank you for putting a smile on my face today!

Amazing customer service. I frequent this location on my way to work. They are always ready to give suggestions on popular drinks. There was one instance a barista suggested a drink for me and offered to remake a new drink for me free of charge if I didn't like it. Something to work on: whenever I bring my personal cup for my drinks, I get it back sticky at times.

The last few times both the inside and outside has been so noticeably dirty. This is my go to location and it is disappointing to see how the location is not being taken care of. The photos are just of my most recent visit with stuff between the seats and trash everywhere. The rest of the seating inside and outside looked similar. Hoping to see improvement.

I ordered a drink and Athena made it wrong and I politely asked if she can remake it and she looked at me up and down with a rude face and then remade it and I said thank you politely at the end and she just said “yep” and rolled her eyes. She has a mean attitude.

Waited 10 mins for a mere bagel because they prioritize drive thru. Finally gave up and requested to cancel the order. The person's response was "okay good". Don't care for the attitude, thanks but no thanks. Dutch bros it is from now on.
Went by there on Sunday I don’t knows who’s at fault but google says they’re open at 5am on Sunday 8/5/24 I went to the drive through and waited there a few minutes and was embarrassed that no one ever answered. I did see someone inside but whatever Dutch bros here I come
