Mango dragon lemonade tasted like sugar and water. This is my favorite drink and out of all the Starbucks this is the first Starbucks that gave me my drink wrong. The drink had no color as usual not sure if they ran out of ingredients.

On 2/22/25 my 10 year old son went into this location and asked for a cup of water as he was very thirsty. He told me they wouldn’t give him any water because he was not a customer. I went inside and spoke to Nico who reported their new policy is you must be a customer to get a cup of water. I literally go to Starbucks almost everyday and since this negative encounter involving a child, I with refuse to spend another dollar at Starbucks and will now go to other shops.

I’m conflicted about this review.
Pros - new, clean modern. Staff welcomed me when I walked in - super friendly. Offered ceramic mug or to-go cup (not sure if that’s a pro or not….just interesting).
Cons - no electrical outlets - they were all covered. A coffeeshop where you can’t plug in a laptop is AWFUL. That’s the whole reason I stopped there. I didn’t get offered a refill - I thought that was a new thing to do that?

Same long haired guy was charging to get a medium cup of water, he told me there’s a policy to buy something to get a free water, also said he can add a water bottle. If I wanted a water bottle I think that’s what I would’ve asked for?

My husband and I ordered drinks this morning. While waiting for our drinks to be ready, I needed to use the restroom. I am 8 months pregnant, and obviously very big. I really needed to go. Upon walking to the women’s restroom, I saw that it was closed for cleaning. The man cleaning responded very rudely and said it would be some time before he was done. I asked if I could use the men’s side. Again, he gave me attitude and responded very rudely saying “no, I couldn’t!”. I walked away, but a few seconds later, I couldn’t wait much longer, I was in pain and desperate to use the restroom. I tried going into the men’s restroom and he yelled at me saying I couldn’t use that restroom. I turned away because I saw that it was a one stall restroom and it was occupied. Under California law Civ. Code § 51(b) , business establishments that serve the public can not discriminate against you to use the restroom. This includes stopping you or asking for a form of ID to prove your gender. I don’t see how this differs from someone that’s transgendered trying to use the restroom from someone pregnant and in desperate need. The matter was handled very rudely and this person should not be in a position of management with such poor customer service, and not to mention their lack of empathy, or human kindness.

Dietary restrictions: A wide variety of non-dairy creamers available
Got Food Poisoning here yesterday from either their Mocha Frappuccino or Oatmeal. Probably both. Couldn’t eat anything afterward I was so sick. Called and their response was nonchalant. Called the Starbucks Customer Support line as well and it was the same way.
