There store seems to be falling apart, tiles lifting and what not. They can be a bit on the slower side. I went in where no one was inside, however it still took about 15 min to make my drink, and it wasn't right! This location is close to my house so I have been here many times and things used to be better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks drive-thru. The employee who assisted me was extremely unfriendly and appeared visibly annoyed from the start, which immediately made the interaction uncomfortable.

On top of that, my food order was incorrect, and my drink was poorly made and honestly undrinkable. Given the employee’s attitude, I did not feel comfortable speaking up at the window. The environment felt unwelcoming, and I was genuinely hesitant to complain out of concern for how my order might be handled if I did.

Starbucks is usually known for friendly service and consistency, which is why this experience stood out so negatively. I hope management addresses both customer service and order accuracy, because no customer should feel uncomfortable or intimidated when something is wrong with their order.

Morning time drive through time is too long to get the order only one car in front of me it takes 20 mins for me to get to the window then another 5 mins wait to get my order. I order only becon egg sausage wrap only.

Waited an hour in the drive thru. My iced shaken espresso was just a cold brew. Nothing but sugar added. it was horrible. Will not return.

Went through the drive-thru today and Claire absolutely made my morning! I had my usual extra complex 5-shot iced espresso order, and she didn’t even flinch—just smiled and, like a total legend, offered me a puddle of caramel. 🥰 She’s the true MVP of Starbucks!

Shout-out also to her coworker, who gave up her name after we asked (then immediately wondered why 😂). Don’t worry—no trouble here, just pure appreciation for two fantastic humans making caffeine magic happen.

Great Starbucks to stop by in my commute with my colleagues. There were some weird customers this morning that harassed staff, and all the staff handled it with grace.

I put 4 stars because everything was great, but I came during rush hour and they ran out of some breakfast items.

I had THEE WORST EXPIERENCE with Xoochitl, at 7:30 this morning I asked to speak with the manager who was supposedly on break but the attitude this early in the morning is unnecessary and unacceptable as a paying customer. She needs to be retrained or find another profession.

Service gets slower, manager should know peak hours and times to staff shop for efficient service. Your average wait time is 15-20 mins. Somehow mobile orders have become the priority.
