It’s insane to not clarify on the mobile app that in-store is not open. Therefore, you have to sit in the drive-through in order to pick up your mobile order… In store opens and closes whenever the staff feels like opening and closing it Staff isn’t always friendly.

**AVOID THIS LOCATION** The ABSOLUTE worst starbucks in fresno. Wanted a Java chip. It's discontinued i asked what's comparable, she said mocha cookie crumble. Ok I ordered it. from the time I ordered until the window was over a freaking HALF HOUR.. HALF AN HOUR WAITING FOR A DISGUSTING DRINK. It is NOT comparable. It would taste nice if it wasn't for the MULTI-LAYERED WHIP CREAM.. the drink was NIT APPEALING AT ALL.. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.. I WASNT EVEN ASKED IF I WANTED MY RECEIPT. HONESTLY, I don't know how they are still there. Disgusting inside and outside. *there were only 4 cars in front of me.*
