Walking in is always nice, My partner and his friend work here together on their laptops and never get bothered. (Which is a plus) I always found it annoying when workers of any sort continues to bother the customers as if they want them to leave. So I really appreciate that, they also offered me a glass cup since they asked If I was staying in for my coffee which is SO helpful and amazing since my coffee will stay tasting yummy for a longer direction of time.
Big shout-out to the workers, I honestly enjoy hearing their gossip it never bothers me. It's like a reality show. But besides that I felt very welcomed here :)
Thank you so much for all your help between yesterday and early this morning. Herndon Barstow's staff was excited to get their coffee this morning.
It was great service
Made my drinks very good
Today (3-16-25), I decided to sit and enjoy my drink and food since normally I just exit the store. Couldn't help but notice and feel sorry for the 2 hard-working workers who were constantly running back and forth getting all of the drinks and food. Meanwhile, the 3rd worker, I believe the name said Cass, just stood at the register and watched them without moving at all. Customers constantly kept coming and ordering so for that work to just stand there and watch their coworkers struggle...maybe there should be extra workers to pick up his slack or he should be relegated to a slower day since weekends are normally always busy especially in this area. Props to the other workers for doing their job greatly!
This is the most racist place ever! I am an African American women who came into Starbucks at 9:29am on March 15,2025. I didn’t get the cashier name, but she made sure we knew we weren’t welcomed there. My self and my 8 year old daughter come in very respectful and excited to get Starbucks since I had the day off. The cashier greeted everyone with a smile said good morning to everyone very cheerful. As soon as we approached the counter her smile turned into a frown and her entire demeanor changed. Even though I noticed it, I still proceeded to say “Hello, Good morning how are you?” and she gave me the most evil look on her face with a dry low “good morning”. I politely just said to her “No thank you, we will go elsewhere”. I go to another Starbucks on Fig Garden where we were greeted and felt very extremely welcoming. I will never ever support the StarBucks on Herndon and Milburn. And come to find out plenty of others have felt this way at this exact location. Whoever the lady was working the counter at that exact time and date should be fired! She has a heart and soul full of hatred towards Black people. Please ONLY shop where you are welcomed. And that goes for anyone in world. Truly unfortunate for such a beautiful place to hire people like that to represent their brand/business.
Very bad service. There was a shift at 1:00 02/19 February
I just went to drive through but received great service and the coffees are always wonderful even though they are pricey. I don't go as often as I used to because the cost is so high now but it is a special treat when I do go.

All the employees I’ve encountered are very sweet and helpful and my drinks are always great. Love having this location by my house to pick up drinks for the office on my way to work

Starbucks is good but the one thing the company needs is more sugar free drink like dutch brothers have. They need to be thinking about everyone not just the caffinated, sugar addiction people. There are people in this world that need to have sugar free drinks also. That's why I go to dutch brothers more than starbucks.

This particular store has a few employees that do not take their jobs seriously! Your drink comes out with no flavor and this store is always out of product. I visit Starbucks stores daily and this one is by far one of the worst and it starts with the managers which reflects in how their employees present themselves.

ordered food items via mobile order and picked up at the drive thru window. they did not include utensils - which should be a given.

While I keep going to Starbucks because I like the coffee better than any other, I have to say this. Most of the time, I order a Venti Espresso Frappuccino with sugar free vanilla, extra espresso shot, and blended with heavy cream. It is NEVER made the same. I can tell it will be good from the color. The only amount of heavy cream needed in a venti is 3 OZ. And follow the directions for the rest. It will be light Brown the way it should be. NOT WHITE!. EVERY Starbucks messes this up.
