The employees are too focused on idle conversations and doing the bare minimum rather than serving customers. I waited 15 minutes post order for them to heat up a premade sandwich.

Barista got mad at me for telling her to remake my drink. She said it’s just a little crumb floating in there only. Disgusting and poor customer service. I go there everyday. And now I am no longer coming here.

Great drinks ( I love coffee) . I always encounter great service, the Barista's are always friendly and polite. Sometimes the atmosphere is crowded, sometimes it's perfect ( for me). I enjoy it.

I will say the manager is very inviting, but the staff is not the friendliest, you have some baristas that take your order with a 'what do you want' type attitude, but some are ok. That's not even my issue though. I understand the drinks and food may not be the best EVERY time, but the fact that i've ordered the same drink 9 times and only once was it right... i also get a sandwich and the bread is ALWAYS hard! starbucks is not cheap and to come out paying $15-17 for a drink that isnt satisfying or even made correctly and a sandwich i have to pick apart everytime is disappointing. they're so close to my job, but i'd rather wait and just go down the street to the one on tulare. i think they need some retraining on the drinks and food. I honestly stopped tipping because of this.

They very slow my drinks were not done. Place a moblie order at 7:41 am only 1 of my 2 drinks was ready . I had to go back 2 hours later . The gal making the drink was so rude in her L.A. top

I love this place and I've been a regular at this location for 4 years however I found an eyelash extension in my strawberry acai lemonade yesterday. I was debating on what to do until someone suggested I post here. ?

Dashing around town on a very busy day. At the end of the afternoon, I ducked in here and sat a while with a cup of coffee and I relaxed. Nice break from all of the activity.
