If I could rate worse I would. The time stamp says 3:32. I’m writing this review at 4 o’clock sharp. Took me 30 minutes to get 2 standard menu drinks and a cake pop. As a former Starbucks barista myself, I’m extremely understanding however it was not busy. It was not packed. Upon observation, baristas were definitely making drinks to the Starbucks training standard but there is absolutely no sense of urgency. Will not be returning to this Starbucks location unless I need to waste time (unlikely)

Drink was good, I've come here a couple times and it's really a hit or miss. Only a couple baristas actually know how to make a good drink. My biggest Ick was the store manager yelling at everyone. She definitely had an attitude and the drink she made my friend was disgusting. The store is small and the work space the baristas have is even smaller. I can't imagine what it's like working there. Your better off going to a different Starbucks then here.
I asked one of the young ladies the code for the bathroom and 3times she said it looking the other way another customer had to ask for meApparently I wasn't asking loud enough. When ur customer service and someone asks a question look them in the eye when responding. Makes all the difference.

I asked the cashier for some change and she said she couldn't open the drawer until someone paid with cash never gave me change and had a large black man screaming and saying vulgarities at people AVOID at all COSTS

I never leave a review when I have bad service from Starbucks, welp today is the day. I've been to this location mostly because it's close by my work place. They've mess up couples of time on my drinks when I do mobile order. Today I decided to place a mobile order around 7:28am and grab it before I go into work at 8am. When I got there at 7:45am, I was looking for my drink and snack. It wasn't there, I thought maybe they haven't made it. I've waited for 14 minutes and than asked one of the worker if they made an mobile order by my name. The worker say a young woman told her she was waiting for her mobile order and the worker asked if she goes by my name and the lady say yes. They gave her my drink and food, right before I got to the store. I am so shocked to how the service is here and how they allow people claiming they place a order and walk out without any confirmation. Maybe I should do that next time, walk into a Starbucks saying I'm here for my mobile and whatever name they announce, I'll just say yes that is me. I was not happy, I told them to refund me what I order and there's no time for them to make me another drink as I'm late for work. I am so disappointed in this Starbucks location and won't be continuing my business here. So watch out, when you order at Starbucks, because random person will just pick it up or claim they are you without the employee checking it. BEWARE!!!
