Don't bother going to this Starbucks, go to the one down the street on Palm. This is the 2nd worst Starbucks in Fresno besides the one by Clinton and 99.

I normally go to Starbucks when I'm sick and need a medicine ball (Honey Citrus Mint Tea). Unfortunately, when I ordered my tea at a different Starbucks, they gave me the wrong order. Thankfully, I was able to get my tea at this store! Gave the wrong order to a co-worker and everything was right in the world. Very friendly staff.

This SBs is a really convenient spot to meet for pleasure or business. It's well placed and surrounded by loads of nearby stores and food shops. It also offers a drive-through for those people who just want to grab their order and go. The staff are always nice, and there's enough room to have some privacy while still enjoying the social atmosphere.

The worker with blonde hair Taylor was being super rude and saw her being racist towards the hispanic construction workers ordering. Manager should have a conversation about her attitude and rolling eyes to every customer. Overall, made the food not good in purpose & the experience had for everyone during her shift.

Taylor with the blonde hair was super rude. Went inside to order and doesn’t even acknowledge the customers or have a conversation. I’ve never had a rude experience in this location until I’ve encountered her. The store manager should seriously have a talk about fixing her attitude with customers.

I usually come to this Starbucks about three times a week, but today’s experience was really disappointing. when It came to place my order, the employee cut me off before I could even finish. She just told me my total and moved on without confirming the rest of my order. Everything just felt really rushed.

When I got to the window, my drink was wrong. I had asked for an extra shot of espresso, which wasn’t added, and I also requested extra caramel drizzle—but instead of being drizzled properly, it was just squirted at the bottom of the cup. I tried to speak up, but the employee handed me my food, turned away, and ignored me. I had already waited over 20 minutes in line and didn't want to waste any more of my lunch so I left.

As someone who comes here regularly, I expect better service. This visit was disappointing and honestly made me rethink coming back.
