My sister went to get a birthday drink as we do every year, I guess it’s a new thing to use the app and we didn’t know! The manager came in hot insisting she couldn’t use the app since we did it the day of!!!! What a disappointment it’s her birthday!

I moved to this side of town and thought I would make this my new location. They are not friendly, which I can live with, they mess up orders, which is okay, it happens. Today was the last straw. They made me late for work, told me that giving a refund was quicker than getting my drink. This is it. 3 strikes you are out.

Whoever made my drink, didn't make it right.. It's not even a chai tea latte.. It's warm soy milk with matcha in it.. It didn't have anything I asked for in the drink.. I don't why they closed down the one closer to where I live

I ordered a cold drink and a hot sandwich — somehow they managed to serve me the opposite. The drink was warm, and the sandwich was stone cold. If basic temperature control is too much for this location, maybe they should slow down and focus on quality instead of rushing orders out the door. This is Starbucks, not a gas station — customers deserve better than lukewarm coffee and a cold breakfast.
