i’ve been going to this starbucks for years since it’s the closest one next to my house, however after a couple orders of drinks these past weeks it seems the quality and effort of making them has gone down for example : what’s the point of paying for cold foam making it a $7 drink when the barista doesn’t even put a decent amount, after ordering my iced coffee today there was barely any amount of ice in it which had diluted the drink and on top of that the blonde girl at the window was rude and had an attitude ! it honestly feels like i’m throwing away my money because the workers can’t seem to put effort into making a good drink.

I'm absolutely disgusted. I went to Starbucks this morning, excited to treat myself to a cookie and drinks. Everything seemed normal until I bit into the cookie and spit it out immediately and, to my horror, it was a maggot. A freaking maggot! I almost threw up right there. I'm never eating at that Starbucks again. This experience was traumatic.

This is one of the best Starbucks in town. They are always polite and ask how my day is or what I'm up to. The drinks always taste the way they should and if you're a big Starbucks fan, you know exactly how your drink should taste and how some locations just can't get it right. This location is always clean and quick. Rarely have I ever wanted more than 5 minutes for my drinks/food.

Super rude with extra attitude from the worker today , management needs to have a talk with her . Black hair Latina I am pretty sure management knows who it is .
Starbuck employee in the drive thru was rude and did not provide me with what I had requested. I had asked for a trenta-sized ice water along with my drink order and was told no. So I asked for a venti-sized ice water and he said no to that too. He said he could only give me a grande-sized iced water which I felt insulted and annoyed considering I was ordering a large expensive drink. I had just gotten off from a long day of work and was very hot and thirsty. You would think they would focus on having good customer service but they don't. I will not be coming back to visit this particular location in the future.

Quick! Even with long lines, they get your drink to you fast. Customer service is always top notch with friendly baristas. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the pricing. Obviously not this location’s fault, as pricing is set by corporate, but still a factor in value.
