I regret to say that my recent experience at Starbucks was utterly disappointing. The lack of manners and business ethics among the staff was evident. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but their overall demeanor left much to be desired. It's disheartening when a brand known for its customer service falls short in such a fundamental aspect.

They put drive up and internet orders over walk in. Was in store 30 min . Took order quickly, but waited for it . Server said sorry ,but it's Starbucks . And that's right it is .

I’ve tried repeatedly to like this location. I’m not going back anymore. Always out of the basics, our drinks are always 2” or more from being full. People are dry.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had a drink made correctly here and I am not even picky or have a complicated order. The tea tastes bad as well as the coffee. I'm not sure if they are burning it or steeping it too long or whatever but it's bad - borderline inedible. Every staff member has an attitude and acts like making you a drink is inconveniencing them. This is my closest store but I'll gladly drive further to willow/ nees to get a well made drink no side of attitude.

Celeste was very kind on the phone. My blonde shots over ice tasted sour and I had no time to come back. She said she'd have my name there and come back when I can. It was 7:20pm - no one in drive thru. But the tude was blaring thru the window. I'm the one with the bad coffee! And they're mad at me? Are they failing to clean the espresso machines? She drowned my shots in ice and didn't give me enuf cream. When I asked about it she said it was enuf. Then bent down and started cleaning down below. Totally ignoring me. The other gal saw the bully behavior she was giving me and went to get me more cream. If you read all the remarks customers have left, you will see how many times the locals nearby said they will not come back. I've given you many chances! It doesn't surprise me now, why 2 gals came to our home and were taking a survey about a private coffee shop that is opening and Peet's is considering our neighborhood. Lots of coffee drinkers here. And with emphasis on we just want kind people taking our $100's a month for our coffee. Not asking for much. Unfortunately, the owner/manager of your location is the problem. They must be bullies and have a terrible problem with customers. SELL YOUR BUSINESS! Many others can do much better! Starbucks Corporation should be involved here and just put you people out of your misery. You've bullied our neighborhood enuf! We just want a simple coffee house with a smile. You know how much more you'd be able to sell with sweetness? A few times I've wanted to add to my order but the attitude changed my mind! One time I was told I had to go back thru the line in drive thru to add a lemon cake slice! I have to wonder how many times you've lost out on that extra $5-10 per customer. Not good business sense! I'm finally done! Won't be back and looking forward to Peet's opening in our neighborhood.

Courtesy is missing on the workers,I needed a spoon and I went up to ask for it but no one asked if I needed and help so I was standing there for a while until finally I got the attention of one of the workers and asked for a spoon and when they gave it to me they were very rude. I have a speech impediment so it’s already difficult for me to speak to people so this made it even more difficult. Hopefully for the next time they learn to be more courteous of their customers.

For you to think you could treat people any type of way is highly mistaken I thought it was just me, but you did the same thing to my best friend, you are just rude and ignorant and you have ruined that Starbucks.

Drinks weren't made right and it tasted pretty bad and watery. Although there was no line in the drive thru it took long. Never coming here again
