I just have to say, the Starbucks on Palmdon is one of my favorite locations to visit. I meet with clients at Starbucks across the Central Valley, and by far this location always delivers on kindness, cleanliness, and hospitality. I met with a client here a few days ago, I am always impressed by how friendly everyone is. The atmosphere always feels positive and inviting. It’s clear the store manager 🦰 is doing a great job leading the team—working alongside them, not afraid to jump right in, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. We were truly impressed with the manager and the entire crew. Keep up the great work; it does not go unnoticed. ☕👏

Please wash and rinse your store’s nitro coffee dispenser. The coffee tastes horrible with an expired coffee after taste. And if the keg runs out, go ahead and do your job, run to the back or grab it from the fridge underneath and stick the tubes in. Cause ain’t no way yall just gunna put out a FOAMY nitro coffee cause yall were too lazy to replace the keg.

Very bad experience at this location because of long wait time and bad customer service
I used to go here to do my homework for school because I didn't have internet I could use at home or a quiet safe place. I would go when it wasn't busy, take up as little space as possible, and buy a drink, if I took more than an hour, another drink. They would kick me off of the internet after a very short time. Sooner than later, they would kick me off as soon as they saw me get on my device. And they would gossip about me at the counter, staring. It was really discouraging and embarrassing. I hope they don't do this to anyone anymore. I think this is important to know in case anyone else is in a similar situation.
