Had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks on 790 W Palm Dr around 11:40 AM on June 22. I gave my name as Peter —when my order was ready, the barista called out “Priscilla—I mean, Preston” and laughed, with no apology. As one of the few men in the store, it felt disrespectful and mocking.
I’ve been a loyal Gold Card member for years, working remotely from Starbucks and spending hundreds monthly. I expect better professionalism and respect—especially in a diverse city like Fresno.
Also, there's only two outlets accessible to guest in the entire store making it difficult to work on a laptop or other smart device.
This is prime location, but the service I received was very sub-par.
What is wrong with your location? It's so slow I can time it with a sundial. Seriously, i stopped coming here because of poor service, I come here months after, and its still that way. Manager, it all starts with you.

Idk what the staff at this location has against calling out orders when they’re ready. Instead of announcing when orders are up I guess they just expect customers to go up and check every drink that’s placed on the counter, forcing us to touch each other‘s drinks. The drive through is good but if you want to go inside, just drive a few more minutes to a different Starbucks.
