It had not been the best Starbucks has changed , I member when coffee was 1.08 then 125 , then$ 2 then 3 what the hell coffee still should be the cheapest along with tea which manly made from water + a bag of tea worth 20 cent , are you kidd8n me , you are not in the coffee business to make people love your drink but you would rather be in the moeny business, thats truly disgusting what businesses do to lose costumers, you might have a good coffee but you have a lack of empathy for those who has been drinking your coffee , change your plan make it good again , I believe starting your day with a $ 6 coffee that later will hurt your stomach no thank you .

This is not the worst Starbucks location that I've ever been to, but not my preference or go to in the entire city of Fresno, CA. They get my order right(somewhat). For instance, I'm given the correct drink, but if I ask for no froth and the barista remakes the drink and there is even more froth and the drink tastes undesirable, I'm not happy, and there goes $6.75, in the garbage! This always seems to be the case here. The Barista's seem okay, the drive-thru line seems to be pretty fast, not that I don't mind waiting a bit for my order. The location is conveniently located and in a nice shopping center, across the street from the City's Public Park. To all reading this post, that are not familiar with Friant road, please be careful when driving down that road, as traffic is heavy and cars are driving well above the speed limit...accidents happen all of time on Friant rd.

Was here today at Christmas they apparently closed at 3pm but had no cones outside signaling that they were close. Whoever took our order was rude and disrespectful constantly interrupting us not letting us speak and when we asked for the girls name to make a report another person named “Ray” unclear to see her name but refused to ID the girl who was rude to us wouldn’t tell us the name just said they were a “borrowed partner” we’ll be calling corporate to see if they can ID the girl as well.

I always come weekend mornings after a park visit, so this is notably for the weekend staff that consistently provides excellent service! There’s a girl with a bull nose ring and a sleeve of tattoos and a boy with the smoothest most beautiful face I’ve ever seen that work the window, I don’t know their names. They are the best window employees, friendly, prompt and precise! I’ve gotten in the drive thru and seen someone order a $50 order and thought I’d be waiting forever, but no! I could immediately feel the team inside the building work together and hustle on those drinks. I feel like I didn’t wait any longer for that order than I would have a smaller order. Exceptional management, team work, and communication. I am reassured by the retention of such good employees. Hope this maintains!

Very clean and a good variety of cups to get with mymy drink was made right and didn't take long at all very friendly staff.
I visited this Starbucks location to pick up an order and had an unpleasant experience with one of the employees, Ally . When I politely asked how long my order would take, she responded with, "I don’t know," in a rude and dismissive tone. As a customer, I expect a more helpful and respectful response, especially when there’s uncertainty or a delay. Her attitude made the interaction frustrating, and it left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this to improve the customer service experience at this location.

This was a convenient place for me to stop before my meeting to pick up some coffee. I was in and out quickly which meant that I was able to get to my meeting on time with my coffee in hand.
