My usual mobile order and drive-thru p/u. Short wait and order was correct.

The music is excessively loud, hindering the ability to engage in conversation or read effectively.

Ordered a bacon gouda, was running late for work so I didnt open it there. When I finally opened it, as usual the top was half way off the sandwich so I took it off to readjust it and there was 0 bacon on it. Guess I got a baconless gouda, tried to contact support and that was a absolute joke.
We ordered two drinks and they never asked our names. After 35 minutes of watching other customers get their drinks, we asked for ours. They put it where it couldn't be seen and said nothing. By then, the ice diluted the drink, it was no longer cold, and we had already cooled down from our run.
Go on early mornings Tuesdays and Thursdays. Staff is friendly and efficient
Usually come here after hitting up Woodward. I order my drink and ask for iced water at the counter. Today, I mobile ordered and walked in. No welcome. I stopped at the counter where people that order their drinks inside starbucks and asked for an iced water. The barista was super rude when she stated that the iced water is only for starbucks customers. She assumed i hadn't placed and order. I understand that they don't want anybody just waking in to ask for water. However, her attitude and facial expressions when she spoke to me was unnecessary. Her manner of speaking to me felt belittling.
I honestly hope that barista does not speak to ALL stabucks customers that way nor continue to ASSUME that EVERYONE who walks inside to ask for water hasn't already ordered a Starbucks drink.

I have been a long time customer of Starbucks and even worked at Starbucks for 7 years back in the day. This morning I bought my usual drink before driving 2 hours to get to a work meeting. After drinking my coffee and driving for that long, I needed to use the bathroom and get some water. Of course my go to is [was] always Starbucks. However, this location told me I couldn't have water unless I bought something. I told them I already bought my coffee from Starbucks this morning and just need some water. They insisted their policy is you have to buy from their store. I worked for Starbucks a long time and had never heard of such a policy, so I questioned it. Tey said it is a new policy. STARBUCKS you have strayed away from the great service you were about when I worked for you. Terrible policy and nothing against the employees but shame on you Starbucks. This is the push I needed to find a new coffee spot. Heard a lot of good things about Dutch Brothers but hadn't tried it because I was faithful to Starbucks. The high cost of coffee was worth the great service, but the service has gotten worse over the years and now has hit rock bottom. Giving your customers water is a very low bar and you have dropped the bar completely with this one. Bye Starbucks!

It’s disappointing that a $1 billion company would turn away a elementary student asking for a simple glass of water, unless she bought something. That shouldn’t be the standard.

It had not been the best Starbucks has changed , I member when coffee was 1.08 then 125 , then$ 2 then 3 what the hell coffee still should be the cheapest along with tea which manly made from water + a bag of tea worth 20 cent , are you kidd8n me , you are not in the coffee business to make people love your drink but you would rather be in the moeny business, thats truly disgusting what businesses do to lose costumers, you might have a good coffee but you have a lack of empathy for those who has been drinking your coffee , change your plan make it good again , I believe starting your day with a $ 6 coffee that later will hurt your stomach no thank you .

This is not the worst Starbucks location that I've ever been to, but not my preference or go to in the entire city of Fresno, CA. They get my order right(somewhat). For instance, I'm given the correct drink, but if I ask for no froth and the barista remakes the drink and there is even more froth and the drink tastes undesirable, I'm not happy, and there goes $6.75, in the garbage! This always seems to be the case here.
The Barista's seem okay, the drive-thru line seems to be pretty fast, not that I don't mind waiting a bit for my order. The location is conveniently located and in a nice shopping center, across the street from the City's Public Park. To all reading this post, that are not familiar with Friant road, please be careful when driving down that road, as traffic is heavy and cars are driving well above the speed limit...accidents happen all of time on Friant rd.
A typical Starbucks.
