I’ll start off with the positives. The coffee is always made right and the employees have always been nice to interact with.

I mostly order ahead through the Starbucks app and what I’ve noticed is that the employees are consistently letting the app know that the order/drinks have been made and you walk in and they haven’t even started working on your order yet. Super frustrating when you are waiting out in the car to be notified it’s ready and walk in...
