Angel was an angel. Great customer service. I stop at a lot of Starbucks to work and have never had any staff member provide that level of customer service. A dying art these days for sure so shout out to her for actually making my day. 10/10

I’ve been to almost every starbucks in Fresno and even worked at a few…Ms. Lori is the best employee that this location has. Not only does she take her time with you, but it genuinely feels like she cares. The effort to get to know a little something about each customer and make them feel special did not go unnoticed! Some of the other employees NEED to take a lesson from her book! Top notch service that needs to be rewarded! The rest of the team should match her people skills and love for the job. I’ve worked at a couple locations and I know how hard it can be to always make the customer feel good, but Lori never makes it feel superficial nor rushed! Will definitely make this my go to along with Summerville and perrin!

A girl with orange hair was super nice upon taking our order. She said her screen was down but still managed to repeat the order back correctly. Upon leaving, we noticed we got the wrong breakfast item. Naturally, we returned to correct the order and she made it seem like it was our fault that she messed up our order. She said she repeated the order back correctly to us and said it was California law that didn’t require her to ask us if we needed a receipt. We were shocked at how rude she was upon returning. It wasn’t our fault. She literally said her screen was down. Maybe she should pick up a pen and paper next time instead of blaming the customer for issuing us the wrong items. This was a huge one off. Not sure what we did to deserve that low quality customer service. The drinks taste great, but she needs to work on her customer service skills when she makes a mistake. It happens. We’re all human.

I wish I had got the girls name. She was the rudest employee I've come across at starbucks. I ordered a Grande iced Caramel Macchiato in the drive-thru. As you can see from the pictures, there is barely any ice. I go inside and ask the girl if they started making drinks without ice? Instead of asking if I'd like a new drink, she ARGUED with me and said there's ice in there! I didn't want a new drink, as mine was perfect. I just wanted a cup of ice. Clearly, whoever made the drink did not put the right amount of the ice on the cup.

This Starbucks is consistently getting my order wrong and having attitude when I address it. I never order during peak times and yet they always leave something out. I ordered a lavender cold foam matcha and they didn’t put lavender cold foam because “I didn’t put it on the app”. How do you leave out lavender cold foam, on a lavender cold foam drink. It always something here and I’m glad there’s a Starbucks in every half a mile radius so I can NEVER come here again.

This place has gotten consistently worse the more i come here so I've had my last visit. Im paying extra because the wife's order is extra but for them to get it wrong, I bring it to their attention and request what I ordered to find out its still made wrong is a bit much. Their display was broken too so I couldn't visually see that she got absolutely nothing right on my order but I was for sure charged for it. She took my payment and closed the door so I couldn't even ask for confirmation. Sommerville location 300% better.

The girls were so snobby and rude. Did not get my order correct twice. Asked for a café mocha and got something that tastes like dirt with whipped cream on it, I was not even asked if I wanted whip whipped cream. Worst Starbucks in town so far.
