These people are amazing that work here. Love the new "hi good morning this is...May I have your name". I am there everyone weekday morning and they always make me feel wonderful. Especially when I tell them my name and they know exactly what my "usual" is!!
Well not sure if they were having a off day but dam the amount of time it took for me to get two drinks when there was no one in the lobby and no one in the drive-through was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention gone are the days of people being polite if you need Starbucks, just go ahead and keep heading south on the freeway and get off on Ashland or go to the one off Herndon go and skip the one on Shaw. Better luck next time.

Not very friendly or clean. Not the best area, kinda sketchy. It's hard to mess up food cause it's pre-made but they burnt it. Drinks where not very good. But Baristas where nice but didn't do anything outta their way.

I went to this store. There’s girl with curly hair she talked so rude to us. When we told her you give us wrong order. And she said you guys have to pay again because I can’t refund. I tod her that’s wasn’t our mistake it was your mistake and then she was being rude and called to manager her name is DENICE and i was explaining to her about the wrong order and she wasn’t ready to hear it was there mistake also we told her that girl talk rude to us manager said you guys can’t say that to us lol. Then who else we have to tell. They mad our bad morning. So rude. 0 start

Nice, spacious building. Not busy, so ordering went smoothly. I waited 20 minutes for a cold brew drink (easier than other things to prepare) before asking about the status of the order. At that point, the barista informed me they were out of the sweet cream. I agreed to the nondairy alternative, but it didn't look like my drink would have been made if I didn't speak up. Multiple workers looked undertrained.

Ordered a frozen drink and got a melted drink instead. The wait in the drive thru was more than 15mins and resulted in the drink to melt down completely! When I mentioned this isn’t how the drink is supposed to look they said that happens to the drink when you keep it for 60secs!! A frozen drink melts in 60 secs ??? Super disappointed
