I had a terrible experience at this location today, I wanted to order an ice matcha latte with cold foam. First of all the lady didn’t ask me what size and didn’t let me talk how I wanted my drink then she messed and put pumpkin cold foam. I don’t like pumpkin cold foam and I didn’t ask for it I told her to remake because I didn’t ask for that. So I ask her to remake it, then she literally remove the top put vanilla cold foam but when I drink I could still taste the pumpkin because they didn’t remake my drink. I don’t like pumpkin but that shouldn’t be like that what if I was allergic to it? Is this what Starbucks represents?. I’m disappointed never coming back to this location poor customer service worst drink ever I had to throw away my drink . It ruined my drink 👎

We get coffee from here every day but some of the staff here don't know how to speak. I told her that I get coffee every day but she doesn't know how to speak. I told her that it's not good enough. I don't drink coffee in the forum much. She further replied that I can't.very baad

Fantastic coffee shop! Fast drive-through clean parking lot and clean dining room. We stopped in to get some coffee for my sister‘s kids during a long road trip. We got three coffees some breakfast wraps and some egg bites. They were cooked perfectly delivered fast coffee was hot and perfectly brewed.And we were helped by Alexa, who helped me choose a healthy option for breakfast and was very friendly and kind. She got our order out fast and cooked perfectly. Thank you, Alexa! Will definitely be back if we’re in town again.

Went to this location to get a drink redo. I was told I had to pay again by Bella. She even told me that due to cross contamination she could not take my cup of coffee. She continues to insist that I must pay. Her manager was just as rude, dismissive. The drink was remade but, it was awful. Do not go this location

We ordered a venti iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso and the drink was handed to us underfilled. Tried to ask them to top it off and they refused. The picture included is literally how filled it was when they handed it to us. Really disappointing service.

Very bad service. The man in front taking orders would only take one order at a time and then leave people waiting for another 5 minutes and then take another order and so on. It took us a long time to get out of there with our order.

These people are amazing that work here. Love the new "hi good morning this is...May I have your name". I am there everyone weekday morning and they always make me feel wonderful. Especially when I tell them my name and they know exactly what my "usual" is!!
Well not sure if they were having a off day but dam the amount of time it took for me to get two drinks when there was no one in the lobby and no one in the drive-through was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention gone are the days of people being polite if you need Starbucks, just go ahead and keep heading south on the freeway and get off on Ashland or go to the one off Herndon go and skip the one on Shaw. Better luck next time.
