For the most part the employees are nice...but there are a couple of women...one Hispanic and the other African american. They are always serious, short with me and rude with their eyes squinted as if they don't like me and I'm bothering them. They are leads ,managers or sum position in charge...its come to the point that if they are at the register when I walk in I consider waiting for a change of cashier and even going to the next store at Manchester...which by the way is fanaminal and they're always excited to see me and yell hi and bye with my name, big smiles and very friendly...highly recommended!....love those kids!

BAD, I ordered the mango dragon fruit refresher NO lemonade. And I got it WITH lemonade, since I drove away I had to go back on a horrible traffic. When I got back the drive through was with like 10 cars, I got off went inside, then the barista didn't apologize, said ok you can keep it or toss it. No apologies for the mistake and no consideration for my time.

Be careful here, if you correct a misunderstanding in the drive-thru, they get very offended and will give you the opposite of your order. I asked for a hot coffee, they put Quad on the screen. I corrected them and got a iced coffee in a hot cup with a sleeve, like it would burn me. Ha! This is just a managerial warning, someone who is this vindictive, will weigh your team down and spread like a cancer.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The coffee I purchased for my sister and I, was half empty and missing the mocha pumps we ordered. When I called to address the issue, the staff member (Chas)I spoke to had a terrible attitude, which only made the situation worse. As a loyal customer who visits Starbucks daily, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect better and hope this is addressed appropriately. This is why I only go to the Starbucks on U st.

I arrived at this Starbucks and went inside to order coffee. There were two staff members inside, but I waited at the counter for about seven or eight minutes while they kept busy with their own tasks. They didn’t acknowledge me, and their service attitude was very poor. They didn’t smile or show any friendliness

6/25/25. today's high temperature, over 100 degrees. coldest day this week. the management (or perhaps starbucks headquarters itself? however high this perversion goes) at this location is mistreating its staff by forcing them to deny water cups (or even empty cups) to customers who can't or won't cough up the money to purchase something from the overpriced cold case. obviously, this is a grievous abuse of power on behalf of whoever manages the baristas, and it is my sincere hope that whoever came up with the decision to withhold *water* from the public will be fired in the most literal sense. i will update this review and rating if the sensible, human decision is made and water becomes freely available.
