Went to get a frap, as I'm driving off I noticed there was hair in my drink. When I tried letting them know I was then told they wouldn't remake my drink.I ended up contacting Starbucks corporate and getting a complimentary coffee but It's Sad Starbucks used to care about customers not at this location I guess. 0/5 but Google doesn't allow it lol

No plugs at the tables to charge devices, bathrooms were disgusting- there was blood on the seat and it's not like they aren't aware of it, an employee had just used the restroom before I went in. I ordered just a brewed coffee with creamer but it didn't taste fresh. Tables had crumbs on them. A customer before me had asked about keto options and no suggestions were offered to him, it was just a "what we have here, is what we have" type of answer.

I wish I could give this Starbucks 0 stars. Did a pickup order, the lobby was completely blocked by a table could not walk 2 feet past the door. Received my order, my drink was melted and flavorless after ordering 3 minutes prior. Was told I couldn’t wait by the door by an employee for my uber and to wait outside in the dark as a young girl/paying customer it’s ridiculous and unsafe. It cost $0 to be kind.

worst starbucks i’ve been to, they wouldn’t make a caramel ribbion crunch into an iced latte and the receptionist was rude af when i asked them politely if they should make my drink saying ā€œno it’s a blended drinkā€ and giving excuses to not make it as a latte which is literally easier but whatever. just ended up leaving

All electrical outlets have been removed, so don’t expect to be able to work here unlike every other Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered ahead or I would have gone to a different location. Coffee was so so compared to other locations, but my order came out fairly quick.

Horrible customer service it kills them to smile! They got my order wrong was being nice about it but the moment I walked in there the customer service was lacking not even a simple welcome! Definitely never returning to this location.

Visiting Fresno 645 in the morning needed a cup of coffee service was horrible. Said they would not open up till 7 AM even though the sign on the door says 5 AM open she said there is no change for a $20 bill.

Why is this location so frequently out of cold brew? Yes, I know how long it takes to make cold brew. Other coffee shops figure it out...but not this one.

I came to this location and placed an order. When I got to the drive thru window, the batista had a bad attitude. I asked her for a Boba straw and she gave me an attitude. When I called her out on her attitude the manager stepped in and started arguing with me and telling me I am the one with the attitude. So I went off on her and I gave her the attitude she claimed I was giving her. This is the worst place to go to, no wonder they had no customers at the location when I was there, because of employees like them. These people think they have the right to treat customers anyway that want to and think they can get away with it. I asked for their name and I know the manager gave me a fake name and didn't want to give me the batista name to call cooperate, bit I did and filed a complaint with cooperate. I have never had this kind of service with any other starbucks. Do better with your employees starbucks.

No inside access. Drive thru only. But they don’t maintain their drive thru. Trees are hanging 2.5 feet lower than their ā€œlow access check pointā€

I live close by so I come here quite often I usually get just a Carmel frap but if you’re looking to order anything else don’t waste your time. Every time I try to order some thing other than a caramel frappe they have the ingredients to make it not to mention I wait at least 20 minutes each time… today I wasn’t feeling good so I went to get a medicine ball. I waited in line about 20 minutes. Two cars in front of me must’ve been waiting longer because they left without their stuff once we got up to the window she told me my total took my money and we waited for another 1015 minutes at this time I was ready to leave but she had my money. She comes back a few minutes later and says sorry we don’t have the ingredients to make that and tries to close the window.. so I can have my money back. We waited another five minutes and she brings me back $4.25 my total was 5.25 so I asked her for my other dollar by then she looks quite annoyed with me.. what happened next? Yep, you guessed it. I waited another five minutes and then she only gave me $.90 instead of a dollar… I know it’s just $.10 but it was extremely unprofessional customer service is so poor. I’m never going to this location again…they need to just close this one down!
