WORST customer service. Ordered my drink confirm what I wanted twice through the drive thru get to the window and they gave me the wrong drink!! I told the guy I said I wanted a WHITE MOCHA can you make me the correct drink and he says no you ordered mocha. Are you serious?! Wasted 6 bucks on a drink that I didnt even want or drink

Never had a bad experience in any Starbucks. Everyone is known to be kind and friendly. Today I was at the window and there was no line and I waited about 4 minutes so I went to the window and Ana told me to go back to the window or get off and order. She was being rude ! Closed the window and walked away. Horrible customer service !

The late that I ordered tasted so bad, the brownie as well. Not sure what happened, but I usually drink my grande latte hot with an added shot and two scoops of the vanilla bean powder; the bitterness of this one was unbearable. I've came across few stores through my life where their coffee doesn't taste good, not sure why, have my own theories.

i hate to write bad reviews on places but this was necessary, this happend today at 2:06 pn on july 24 , orderd a vanilla bean and a salted caramel mocha frappe and they both taste straight like water i went to return them for a another remake or a re fund they remade the same drinks as the guy with the pony tail snatch the drinks out of my hand and took the label off and threw it hard in the trash can
