Wanted to try a new cold brew drink that was supposed to cost about $6. Asked if it can be nitro and was charged an extra $2 for that. When I got my drink which was a grande size, it was only 2/3 coffee, and the syrup was at the bottom, not mixed in. This is not the first time I have went in and the drink quality was not good.

Asian kid here with some piercings and glasses was extremely rude to me out of pocket the last few times I've been. The last time was so bad I'm not going to starbucks anymore. They don't discipline their workers who get complained about for being rude to customers. Luckily there are other options.

Quick stop with Familia after a funeral. My wife had the peach green tea lemonade. She really enjoyed it. I had the blonde vanilla latte and a bacon and egg sandwich.
