Everytime I go here it's a hit or miss and in hopes they get it right that day. One thing they never fail to do though is fill my grande cup only half way. I literally pay an extra dollar for cold foam and they barely add any. I always order a grande latte and half of the cup is just filled with bubbled foam trying to disguise as the full drink with little to no ice. Workers are also rude and they dont care about anything else other than talking to each other. I think one of their names is Aldolfo. Don’t recommend

This place is ridiculous you can’t get water or even ice without making a purchase, at any regular Starbucks this would not happen.
Usually the workers are nice but Angel was rude. She offered me stickers and when k said yes she gave the nastiest stare. I don’t expect people to be all smiley and extra, but if you’re mad bc I walked in during operating hours then maybe you shouldn’t be working there. She was also getting irritated with me bc she “couldn’t hear me” and literally gave me more attitude and said “you need to speak louder I can’t hear you” . Worst experience.

I wish I could give 0 star for this location, I am a student from this school and one time I purchased a croissant and came back later to ask for water, the boy told me that I needed to buy one item to get water. Ridiculous, I feel like this university tried every corner to dig for their students' money. Last time, I asked for water from the store near this campus, they were happy to give me one without asking me to pay for water. And the barista is so rude, especially the guy.

10/29/31 tried to go in at 8:50 since they have posted they close at 9 pm . Blonde girl just laughed as I walked away . If your closing time is at 8:50, then have that listed instead of 9pm . (Took the picture at 8:57, you can see doors are shut )
