10/29/31 tried to go in at 8:50 since they have posted they close at 9 pm . Blonde girl just laughed as I walked away . If your closing time is at 8:50, then have that listed instead of 9pm . (Took the picture at 8:57, you can see doors are shut )

This Starbucks sucks. They can’t make the drink right. Every time I order the drink is either made wrong or tastes bland. The tax is also insane here too. It best to just go to another Starbucks instead.

barista was so rude. her name was kayliah and she kept on cutting me off when i was trying to order my drink. i wasn’t even able to order a food item because she just rang me up and didn’t let me get a word out . i also asked for a cup of water when i was getting my drink, and the male barista kinda scoffed at me and slid me a cup of water. i could understand if it was busy, but i was the only customer in there. all the other employees were sitting on the counters and talking to each other. would not recommend and the drink wasn’t even good. this happened on 4/25/2023.
Definitely fast-paced service between morning and noontime rushes AND mobile orders. Tip: Please do not place mobile orders over like, four items? They have very limited counter space to work with, and it isn't fair to the employees for orders that sit there for like ten minutes to clutter things up.

I have been letting it slide as I understood we were getting back to normal for on campus population but there is now only 3 weeks leftOf school and they still are smissing the mark. I have lost count of howmany times I have had missing items from my orders like the meat on my Impossible Breakfest Sandwhich,the taste of my drinks not meeting it's mark, the lack of organization, and the lack of supplies when it's barely 10am. I'm done trying with thislocation as it does not seem like they care to up their standards. Which is a shamecause its a nice location. They really need to work on various improvements. U can excuse once or twice but once it becomes a pattern and unreliable, time to move on.
